Організація і методика обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості на ТОВ «СІДЖ ЕНЕРЖИ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 119 с., 3 розділи, 9 рис., 13 табл., 5 додатків, 75 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-методичні аспекти організації обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості на ТОВ «СІДЖ ЕНЕРЖИ» Запорізького району Запорізької області. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості на основі даних конкретного підприємства, виявлення недоліків в процесі його діяльності, розробка пропозицій по вдосконаленню ведення обліку та аналізу розрахунків із покупцями і замовниками на підприємстві. В основу роботи покладено діалектичний підхід до дослідження та розкриття сучасного стану обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості. Використовувалися методи наукової абстракції, індукції і дедукції, аналізу та синтезу, порівняння та групування, вибіркового обстеження. Наукова новизна у відповідності з метою та завданнями полягає в розроблених пропозиціях, які спрямовані на удосконалення обліку та аналізу поточної та довготермінової дебіторської заборгованості підприємства, а також удосконалено розуміння поняття та класифікації поточної та довгострокової дебіторської заборгованості. В роботі досліджено, обґрунтовано та удосконалено: – досліджено та визначено поняття та класифікацію дебіторської заборгованості; – досліджено нормативно-правове регулювання порядку обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості; – розроблено головні шляхи та конкретні рекомендації із вдосконалення економічного змісту дебіторської заборгованості, її оцінки і визнання, покращення методики обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості, відображення даного виду заборгованості в фінансовій звітності, управління її розміром і пошук резервів при допомозі аналітичних розрахунків, які можуть бути використанні у діяльності підприємства; – запропоновано шляхи оптимізації порядку проведення аналізу дебіторської заборгованості підприємства з використанням кореляційного аналізу, який дасть можливість оцінити результативність керування протягом тривалого проміжку часу, встановити характер діяльності і зробити прогноз на майбутнє щодо сценарію розвитку господарюючого суб’єкта. Практична значущість отриманих результатів проявляється в розробці головних шляхів та конкретних рекомендацій із вдосконалення економічного змісту дебіторської заборгованості, її оцінки і визнання, покращення методики обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості, відображення даною виду заборгованості в фінансовій звітності, управління її розміром і пошук резервів при допомозі аналітичних розрахунків, які можуть бути використанні у діяльності ТОВ «СІДЖ ЕНЕРЖИ».

The object of the study is the organizational and methodological aspects of the organization accounting and analysis of receivables at «SEEDGE ENERGY» LLC of the Zaporizhzhia district of the Zaporizhzhia region. The purpose of the qualification work is to study accounting and analysis of receivables based on the data of a specific enterprise, to identify shortcomings in the process of its activity, to develop proposals for improving accounting and analysis of settlements with buyers and customers at the enterprise. The basis of the work is a dialectical approach to research and disclosure of the current state of accounting and analysis of receivables. The methods of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison and grouping, and selective survey were used. The scientific novelty in accordance with the purpose and tasks consists in the developed proposals, which are aimed at improving the accounting and analysis of current and long-term receivables of the enterprise, as well as improved understanding of the concept and classification of current and long-term receivables. The work investigated, substantiated and improved: – the concept and classification of receivables was researched and defined; – the regulatory and legal regulation of the procedure for accounting and analysis of receivables was investigated; – the regulatory and legal regulation of the procedure for accounting and analysis of receivables was investigated; – the main ways and specific recommendations for improving the economic content of receivables, their assessment and recognition, improving the methodology of accounting and analyzing receivables, displaying this type of debt in financial statements, managing its size and finding reserves with the help of analytical calculations that can be used have been developed in the activity of the enterprise; – ways of optimizing the procedure for conducting an analysis of the company's receivables using correlation analysis are proposed, which will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of management over a long period of time, establish the nature of the activity and make a forecast for the future regarding the development scenario of the business entity. The practical significance of the obtained results is manifested in the development of the main ways and specific recommendations for improving the economic content of receivables, their evaluation and recognition, improving the methodology of accounting and analysis of receivables, displaying this type of debt in financial statements, managing its size and finding reserves with the help of analytical calculations , which can be used in the activities of «SEEDGE ENERGY» LLC.
