Соціально-психологічні особливості спілкування в сім’ях військовослужбовців під час ротацій

Abstract

Сім'я є первинним і найважливішим осередком суспільства, що забезпечує фізичне (біологічне) і соціокультурне відтворення поколінь людської спільноти. Протягом останніх десятиліть розвиток сім'ї в Україні відбувався в тому ж напрямку, що й в інших країнах Європи. Війна росії проти України деформувала природні процеси життя та розвитку української родини. Великі людські втрати, руйнування середовища життєдіяльності (житла, соціально-економічної інфраструктури, природного середовища), виконання основних специфічних функцій сім'ї (народження, виховання), але посилили свою захисну функцію. Сімейні практики в цей період вказують на міцні сімейні зв’язки та їх особливу важливість у часи кризи. В умовах війни та спричиненої війною соціально-економічної дезорганізації сім’я стає опорою: сімейна солідарність, взаємодопомога, піклування, обмін діяльністю та матеріальними ресурсами між членами сім’ї дозволяють визначати життєдіяльність, а інколи навіть захистити життя. Водночас, війна загострила проблеми української родини та принесла нові ризики. Наслідком тотальної війни стало зниження і деформація шлюбного потенціалу країни, а також негативні зміни в шлюбно-сімейній структурі населення. Послаблення подружніх зв’язків через мобілізацію та інтенсивну міграцію з гендерними упередженнями може призвести до збільшення кількості розлучень у майбутньому. Але, зрозуміти складні зміни в українській родині ми зможемо лише через кілька років після закінчення війни. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у комплексному аналізі ролі сім’ї та впливу сімейних конфліктів на психологічний стан військовослужбовця під час ротації, та розробці психологічних рекомендацій для членів родин військовослужбовців «Особливості спілкування з військовослужбовцем під час бойових дій та ротацій».

EN : The work is presented on 69 pages of printed text, 2 tables. The list of references includes 28 sources. The object of the study: communication in the families of military personnel. The family is the primary and most important center of society, which ensures the physical (biological) and sociocultural reproduction of generations of the human community. During the last decades, the development of the family in Ukraine took place in the same direction as in other European countries. Russia's war against Ukraine deformed the natural processes of life and development of the Ukrainian family. Great human losses, destruction of the living environment (housing, socio-economic infrastructure, natural environment), performance of the main specific functions of the family (birth, upbringing), but strengthened its protective function. Family practices during this period indicate strong family ties and their special importance in times of crisis. In the conditions of war and the socio-economic disorganization caused by the war, the family becomes a support: family solidarity, mutual help, care, exchange of activities and material resources between family members make it possible to determine life activities, and sometimes even protect life. At the same time, the war aggravated the problems of the Ukrainian family and brought new risks. The consequence of the total war was the decrease and deformation of the marriage potential of the country, as well as negative changes in the marriage and family structure of the population. The weakening of marital bonds due to gender-biased mobilization and intensive migration may lead to an increase in divorce rates in the future. But we will be able to understand the complex changes in the Ukrainian family only a few years after the end of the war. The scientific novelty of the study consists in a comprehensive analysis of the role of the family and the impact of family conflicts on the psychological state of a serviceman during rotation, and the development of psychological recommendations for members of families of servicemen "Peculiarities of communication with a serviceman during combat operations and rotations".
