Соціально-психологічні умови збереження психічного здоров'я здобувачів освіти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 121 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 таблиць, 36 рисунка. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – психічне здоров’я здобувачів освіти. При визначенні змісту психічного здоров'я виникає проблема неоднозначності його співвідношення із загальними уявленнями про здоров’я. Так, з одного боку, фізично здорова людина може виявитися психічно нездоровою, а з іншого боку, у психічно здорової людини, яка успішно працює (наприклад, на шкідливому виробництві) і добре почувається під час роботи, можуть бути наявні латентні хворобливі зміни в тілесному плані. Психологія здоров'я має широке поле теоретичних і практичних завдань і включає не тільки попередження розвитку психічної та соматичної патології. Завданням психології здоров'я є збереження, зміцнення та цілісний розвиток духовної, психічної, соціальної та соматичної складових здоров'я. Здоров'я зберігає у будь-якому різновиді трудової діяльності професійно високий рівень, воно визначає стабільність досягнутих результатів шляхом вироблення психологічних установок стосовно підтримки здоров'я. В умовах праці та навчання здоров'я стає не лише станом організму, а й суб'єктивною самоцінністю для людини.. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження зумовлена здійсненим внеском у поглиблення уявлень та відомостей про феномен психічного здоров’я, з’ясовані детермінанти психічного здоров’я здобувачів, одержані результати рекомендовані у використанні для подальших досліджень, для забезпечення психічного здоров’я здобувачів освіти, що дало підставу для розроблення практичних рекомендацій.

When defining the content of mental health, the problem of ambiguity of its relationship with general ideas about health arises. So, on the one hand, a physically healthy person can be mentally unhealthy, and on the other hand, a mentally healthy person who works successfully (for example, in a hazardous production) and feels good while working, may have latent painful changes in the body . Health psychology has a wide field of theoretical and practical tasks and includes not only the prevention of the development of mental and somatic pathology. The task of health psychology is the preservation, strengthening and integral development of spiritual, mental, social and somatic components of health. Health preserves a professionally high level in any kind of labor activity, it determines the stability of the achieved results by developing psychological attitudes regarding health maintenance. In the conditions of work and study, health becomes not only a state of the body, but also a subjective self-worth for a person. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is due to the contribution made to the deepening of ideas and information about the phenomenon of mental health, the determined determinants of mental health students, the obtained results are recommended to be used for further research, to ensure the mental health of students, which gave rise to the development of practical recommendations.
