Соціально-психологічні умови збереження психічного здоров'я дітей молодшого шкільного віку в умовах війни

Abstract

В умовах війни діти та дорослі переживають ряд стресових ситуацій у різних сферах життя. Якщо дорослі більш свідомо можуть справитися з тривожністю, дітям необхідна допомога. Звичне навчання перейшло в дистанційний режим. Більшість друзів та комунікація також перейшли в онлайн. Окрім страху через війну, дітям важко справитися зі своїми емоціями, тому що не завжди є близька людина поруч, яка може надати кваліфіковану допомогу. У цій роботі будуть розглянуті причини стресу у дітей молодшого шкільного віку та приклади їх подолання. Важливим завданням сучасної психології є забезпечення внутрішнього благополуччя особистості в емоційній, пізнавальній, поведінковій сферах. Одним з можливих способів подолання дискомфорту в емоційній сфері, що виникає в зв’язку з пізнавальною, поведінковою активністю молодших школярів, є розвиток емпатії, здатності доброзичливо ставитися до оточуючих, розпізнавати емоційні стани. Психічне здоров’я дитини – це майбутнє нашої нації. Ми маємо вміти надавати допомогу дітям так, щоб вберегти їх емоційний стан здоровим. Враховуючи фактори, які впливають на розвиток особистості дітей молодшого шкільного віку, ми дослідили методи та діагностувальні вправи, які можуть попередити психічні розлади, впоратися з тривогою в умовах війни та зберегти психічне здоров’я. Наукова новизна полягає у впровадженні технологій надання першої допомоги у стресових випадках школярів молодшого віку в умовах воєнного положення в країні.

In the conditions of war, children and adults experience a number of stressful situations in various spheres of life. If adults can more consciously cope with anxiety, children need help. Usual education has switched to remote mode. Most friends and communication have also gone online. In addition to the fear of war, it is difficult for children to cope with their emotions, because there is not always a loved one nearby who can provide qualified help. This work will consider the causes of stress in children of primary school age and examples of how to overcome them. An important task of modern psychology is to ensure the internal well-being of the individual in the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral spheres. One of the possible ways to overcome discomfort in the emotional sphere, which arises in connection with the cognitive and behavioral activity of younger schoolchildren, is the development of empathy, the ability to be kind to others, to recognize emotional states. Child mental health is the future of our nation. We must be able to provide help to children in such a way as to keep their emotional state healthy. Taking into account the factors that influence the personality development of elementary school children, we investigated methods and diagnostic exercises that can prevent mental disorders, cope with anxiety in the context of war, and preserve mental health. The scientific novelty consists in the implementation of first aid technologies in stressful cases of younger schoolchildren in the conditions of martial law in the country.
