Особливості прояву психологічних травм військовослужбовців, які беруть участь в бойових діях

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 65 сторінках друкованого тексту, 2 малюнків, 1 таблиць. Перелік посилань включає 67 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – психологічні травми військовослужбовців. Повномасштабна війна в Україні актуалізувала проблему посттравматичного стресового розладу. Українське суспільство переживає важкі часи, які мають значний вплив на психічне здоров’я та емоційний стан кожного його члена. Ситуація війни, що характеризується надекстремальним впливом на психіку людини: небезпечні умови виконання професійних завдань, постійна загроза життю військового негативно впливають на стан його здоров’я, знижують ефективність діяльності та можуть призводити до її зриву. У значної частини військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України, які постраждали в результаті участі в бойових діях, спостерігаються психогенні розлади. Бойовою психічною травмою є деформація психологічних механізмів саморегуляції і прорив бойовим стрес-фактором захисту психіки особистості, в результаті чого відбувається перевищення її адаптивних можливостей (рівнів психічної стійкості), зміна цінностей та поведінки. Наслідки цих розладів багато в чому залежать від своєчасності їх діагностики та оперативної оцінки їх стану, адекватності прогнозу розвитку розладів та надання психологічної допомоги, проведення реабілітаційних заходів. Слід відзначити, що прояви бойової психічної патології можуть проявитися через тривалий час і не лише як посттравматичний стресовий розлад, а й у формі інших розладів, зокрема: зловживання психоактивними речовинами, депресії, тривожні розлади, порушення сну та контролю, спалахах злості та ін. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що: теоретично дoслiджeнo особливості прояву психологічних травм військовослужбовців, які беруть участь в бойових діях; рoзширeнo, утoчнeнo тa дoпoвнeнo вивчeння нaступних психологічних явищ: бойова психічна травма, посттравматичний стресовий розлад, гострий стресовий (психічний) розлад, бойовий стрес, бойове стомлення; нaбулo пoдaльшoгo рoзвитку вивчeння специфіки психологічної реабілітації та первинної психологічної допомоги військовослужбовцям – учасникам бойових дій.

EN : The work is presented on 65 pages of printed text, 2 figures, 1 table. The list of references includes 67 sources. The object of research is psychological injuries of military personnel. The full-scale war in Ukraine actualized the problem of post-traumatic stress disorder. Ukrainian society is going through difficult times, which have a significant impact on the mental health and emotional state of each of its members. The situation of war, which is characterized by an overextreme influence on the human psyche: dangerous conditions for the performance of professional tasks, a constant threat to the life of a soldier negatively affect his health, reduce the effectiveness of activity and can lead to its breakdown. Psychogenic disorders are observed in a significant part of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who were injured as a result of participation in hostilities. Combat mental trauma is a deformation of the psychological mechanisms of self-regulation and a breakthrough by the combat stress factor of the protection of the psyche of the individual, as a result of which there is an excess of its adaptive capabilities (levels of mental stability), a change in values and behavior. The consequences of these disorders largely depend on the timeliness of their diagnosis and operative assessment of their condition, the adequacy of the prognosis of the development of disorders and the provision of psychological assistance, rehabilitation measures. It should be noted that manifestations of combat mental pathology can manifest themselves after a long time and not only as post-traumatic stress disorder, but also in the form of other disorders, in particular: substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, sleep and control disorders, anger outbursts, etc. The scientific novelty of the study is that: the peculiarities of the manifestation of psychological injuries of military personnel who participate in military operations are theoretically investigated; expanded, detailed and supplemented study of the following psychological phenomena: combat mental trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, acute stress (mental) disorder, combat stress, combat fatigue; the study of the specifics of psychological rehabilitation and primary psychological assistance to servicemen participating in hostilities has gained further development.
