Особливості прояву соціальної активності жінок в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 64 сторінках друкованого тексту. Перелік посилань включає 58 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – соціальна активність жінок. Показана роль соціальної активності в процесі становлення соціальної зрілості особистості. Виділено окремі негативні вияви соціальної активності, зокрема сутність деструктивності як складової соціальної активності індивіда і суспільства. Водночас питання впливу війни на участь жінок у волонтерської діяльності ще не знайшли достатнього висвітлення й не виступали предметом спеціального соціально-психологічного дослідження. Очевидно, що особливістю сучасного життєвого періоду жінок, як цівільних, так й військових, є соціальна та професійна адаптація до умов воєнного часу. У майбутньому, після демобілізації, для жінок, які зараз знаходяться у лавах ЗСУ, їхня соціальна та професійна адаптація до умов життя в цивільному середовищі буде вкрай важлива. І в цьому плані наукові психологічні дослідження та практичні рекомендації з проблеми соціальної активності жінок є необхідними компонентами технологій відновлення людей, яки пережили вплив війни. Наукова новизна полягає у висвітленні особистісних ресурсів жінок в детермінації успішної соціальної активності.

EN : The work is presented on 64 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 58 sources. The object of the study is the social activity of women. The role of social activity in the process of the formation of social maturity of an individual is shown. Individual negative manifestations of social activity are singled out, in particular the essence of destructiveness as a component of social activity of an individual and society. At the same time, the issue of the impact of the war on women's participation in volunteer activities has not yet received sufficient coverage and has not been the subject of a special socio-psychological study. It is obvious that a feature of the modern life period of women, both civilian and military, is social and professional adaptation to wartime conditions. In the future, after demobilization, for women currently in the ranks of the Armed Forces, their social and professional adaptation to living conditions in the civilian environment will be extremely important. And in this regard, scientific psychological research and practical recommendations on the issue of women's social activity are necessary components of technologies for the recovery of people who have survived the impact of war. The scientific novelty consists in highlighting the personal resources of women in the determination of successful social activity.
