Соціально-психологічні чинники життєстійкості внутрішньо переміщених осіб в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 78 сторінках друкованого тексту, 1 таблиця, 39 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 30 джерел. Об'єкт дослідження – соціально-психологічні чинники життєстійкості ВПО в умовах воєнного стану. За данними Держстату станом на 1 вересня в Україні зареєстровано 4 млн 965 тис. внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО), з яких 300 тис. додалися за останній рік, тобто з 1 вересня 2023 р.,що складає приблизно 12 % всього населення країни. Для більшості організацій, які допомагають постраждалому населенню, майже весь 2022 рік пройшов під знаком гуманітарного реагування та підтримки соціальної адаптації переселенців. Чисельні громадські організації та благодійні фонди працюючи з ВПО зазначають, що хвиля ВПО 2022 року, пов’язана з початком повномасштабного вторгнення на відміну від ВПО 2014 року, відрізняється нижчими показниками життєстійкості, у тому числі адаптацією на новому місці проживання. Це питання настільки гостро стало перед державою, що наразі розпочато реалізацію пілотного проекту «Посилення спроможності та стійкості територіальних громад шляхом створення Центрів Життєстійкості (дружніх, безбар’єрних просторів, на базі яких надаватимуться соціальні послуги, зокрема інформування, консультування та соціально-психологічна допомога. Очікується, що діяльність таких Центрів сприятиме зміцненню психосоціaльної стійкості населення громaди тa координaції волонтерської діяльності).» реaлізується Міністерством соціaльної політики Укрaїни в рaмкaх ініціaтиви Першої леді Укрaїни щодо формувaння Нaціонaльної прогрaми психічного здоров’я тa психосоціaльної підтримки. Проте, нaприклaд, в Запорізькій облaсті цей проект знaходиться нa етaпі розробки, тому дослідження соціaльно-психологічних чинників життєстійкості внутрішньо переміщених осіб в умовaх воєнного стaну є дуже aктуaльною. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці групової психокорекційної програми для внутрішньо переміщених осіб для підвищення соціально-психологічних чинників життєстійкості в умовах воєнного стану.

The object of the research is socio-psychological factors of the survival of IDPs in the conditions of martial law. According to the State Statistics Service, as of September 1, 4,965,000 internally displaced persons (IDPs) were registered in Ukraine, of which 300,000 were added over the past year, that is, from September 1, 2023, which is approximately 12% of the country's total population. For most organizations that help the affected population, almost the entire year 2022 passed under the sign of humanitarian response and support for the social adaptation of displaced persons. Numerous non-governmental organizations and charitable foundations working with IDPs note that the wave of IDPs in 2022, which is associated with the beginning of a full-scale invasion, unlike the IDPs of 2014, is characterized by lower indicators of viability, including adaptation to a new place of residence. This issue has become so urgent for the state that the implementation of the pilot project "Strengthening the capacity and stability of territorial communities through the creation of Sustainability Centers (friendly, barrier-free spaces, on the basis of which social services will be provided, in particular information, counseling and socio-psychological assistance) has been started. It is expected that the activities of such Centers will contribute to strengthening the psychosocial stability of the population of the community and the coordination of volunteer activities). is implemented by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine within the framework of the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine regarding the formation of the National Program of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support. However, for example, in the Zaporizhzhia region, this project is at the development stage, so the study of socio-psychological factors of the sustainability of internally displaced persons in the conditions of martial law is very relevant. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a group psychocorrective program for internally displaced persons to increase the socio-psychological factors of vitality in the conditions of martial law.
