Обліково-контрольне забезпечення управління розрахунками із персоналом в ТОВ «ГІП «ГІПРОПРОМБУД»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 130 с., 3 розділи, 15 рис., 16 табл., 1 додаток, 84 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження  процес обліку та внутрішнього контролю розрахунків ТОВ «ГІП «ГІПРОПРОМБУД» із персоналом щодо оплати праці та за підзвітними сумами. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення обліково-контрольного забезпечення управління розрахунками із персоналом в ТОВ «ГІП «ГІПРОПРОМБУД» з метою підвищення якісного рівня таких розрахунків. Методи дослідження: системний підхід до вивчення економічних явищ і процесів. Під час виконання дослідження використано загальнонаукові методи пізнання: методи наукового узагальнення, діалектичний метод, методи індукції та дедукції, класифікації, порівняння, наукової абстракції, системного та комплексного аналізу, синтезу. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в теоретико-методичному обґрунтуванні та вирішенні комплексу питань, пов’язаних з удосконаленням обліково-контрольного забезпечення управління розрахунками підприємства із персоналом з метою підвищення якісного рівня таких розрахунків. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна: набули подальшого розвитку: - методичне забезпечення організації обліку розрахунків із персоналом за рахунок формування схеми організації обліку розрахунків із персоналом щодо оплати праці та визначення основних зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, що впливають на її організацію; - методичне забезпечення впровадження системи внутрішнього контролю розрахунків із персоналом шляхом систематизації основних контрольних процедур внутрішнього контролю розрахунків щодо оплати праці та розрахунків за підзвітними сумами. За підсумками проведеного дослідження сформовані пропозиції щодо підвищення якісного рівня організації обліку розрахунків ТОВ «ГІП «ГІПРОПРОМБУД» із персоналом за рахунок запровадження щорічної інвентаризації та коригування забезпечення на оплату відпусток, запровадження дії «Положення про службові відрядження працівників», підвищення аналітичності обліку розрахунків із підзвітними особами. Окрім того обґрунтовані пропозиції розширення процедур внутрішнього контролю розрахунків ТОВ «ГІП «ГІПРОПРОМБУД» із персоналом щодо оплати праці за рахунок запровадження контролю ефективності використання праці персоналу із систематизацією аналітичних показників, що можуть бути використані під час здійснення зазначеного контролю. Застосування на практиці запропонованих автором рекомендацій дозволить підвищити якісний рівень обліково-контрольного забезпечення управління розрахунками підприємств із персоналом щодо оплати праці та за підзвітними сумами і таким чином підвищити якісний рівень таких розрахунків. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на підвищення якісного рівня обліково-контрольного забезпечення управління розрахунками підприємств із персоналом і таким чином на підвищення якісного рівня таких розрахунків.

EN : Qualifying work contains 130 pp., 3 sections, 15 fig., 16 tab., 1 annex, 84 references. The object of the study is the accounting and internal control process of the calculations in «GIP «Hiproprom bud» LLC with personnel in relation to wages and accountable amounts. The purpose of the qualification work is to justify of the theoretical regulations and work out practical recommendations to improve the accounting and control support for the management of settlements with personnel in «GIP «Hiproprom bud» LLC with the aim of increasing the quality level of such settlements. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of scientific analysis, the dialectical method, methods of induction and deduction, classification, comparison, abstraction, systematic and comprehensive analysis, synthesis. Scientific novelty of the results is theoretical and methodical substantiation and solution of a complex of issues related to the improvement of the accounting and control support for the management of the company's calculations with personnel in order to increase the quality level of such calculations. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation: Got further development:  methodical support for the organization of accounting for personnel settlements due to the formation of a scheme for the organization of accounting for personnel settlements in relation to wages and the determination of the main external and internal factors that affect its organization;  methodical support for the implementation of the system of internal control of calculations with personnel by systematizing the main control procedures of internal control of calculations regarding wages and calculations of accountable amounts. According to the results of the research generated proposals were made to improve the quality level of the organization of the accounting of settlements of «GIP «Hiproprom bud» LLC with personnel due to the introduction of an annual inventory and adjustment of provision for payment of vacations, the introduction of the action «Regulations on business trips of employees», increasing the analyticality of the accounting of settlements with accountable persons. In addition, there are well-founded proposals for expanding the procedures of internal control of calculations of «GIP «Hiproprom bud» LLC with personnel regarding the payment of labor due to the introduction of control of the efficiency of the use of personnel's labor with the systematization of analytical indicators that can be used during the implementation of the specified control. The application of proposed recommendations in practice will allow to increase the quality level of accounting and control support for the management of calculations of enterprises with personnel regarding wages and accountable amounts and thus increase the quality level of such calculations. The obtained results of the study are aimed at increasing the quality level of accounting and control support for the management of settlements of enterprises with personnel and thus at increasing the quality level of such settlements.
