Мета дослідження: розглянути особливості використання інтерактивних технологій у процесі розвитку педагогічної майстерності викладачів-початківців закладів вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: педагогічна майстерність викладача закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: технології розвитку педагогічної майстерності викладачів-початківців закладів вищої освіти. У роботі проаналізовано сутність поняття педагогічної майстерності викладача в науковій літературі; визначено структуру педагогічної майстерності викладача закладу вищої освіти; розглянуто особливості розвитку педагогічної майстерності викладача-початківця; розроблено рекомендації з розвитку педагогічної майстерності викладача-початківця закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що розроблено рекомендації з розвитку педагогічної майстерності викладача-початківця закладу вищої освіти.

The work analyzes the essence of the concept of pedagogical mastery of a teacher in scientific literature; the structure of pedagogical mastery of a teacher of a higher education institution is defined; the peculiarities of the development of pedagogical skill of a novice teacher are considered; developed recommendations for the development of pedagogical skills of a novice teacher of a higher education institution. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that recommendations have been developed for the development of the pedagogical skills of a novice teacher of a higher education institution.
