PR-комунікація у сфері охоронної діяльності в Україні

Abstract

UA : Магістерська робота «PR-комунікації у сфері охоронної діяльності» – основний текст – 60 сторінок. Для виконання дипломної роботи опрацьовано 71 джерело. Об’єктом є PR-комунікація як складова комунікаційної політики приватних підприємств у сфері охоронної діяльності. Предметом є PR-комунікація приватних підприємств сфери фізичної охорони «Камрат» і «Добра справа КР» у місті Кривий Ріг. Мета дослідження: вивчити роль та особливості організації PRкомунікації в сфері охоронної діяльності. Методи дослідження: для здійснення поставлених завдань у процесі написання магістерської роботи були використані загальнонаукові методи дослідження, такі як комунікаційний, абстрактно-логічний, індуктивний і дедуктивний методи, а також методи порівняльних характеристик, аналізу та синтезу. Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають наукові праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених – журналістів, фахівців зі зв’язків з громадськістю, маркетологів і дослідників соціальних комунікацій В.Березенко, О. Дерев’янко, В. Іванова, С. Квіта, І. Король, В. Королька, А.Корчинського, Ф. Котлера, О. Курбана, В. Малімона, М. Портера, Г.Почепцова, В. Різуна, Л. Сагера, К. Смірнової та інших. Наукова новизна – наукове дослідження «PR-комунікації у сфері охоронної діяльності» виявило, що PR-комунікації є невід’ємним компонентом комунікаційної політики приватних охоронних підприємств. Встановлені принципи вибору комунікаційних каналів у залежності від цільових аудиторій, а також проаналізовані закономірності між методами PRкомунікації та потребами приватних підприємств охоронної галузі. Сфера застосування: окремі результати дослідження мають практичне значення через їхню застосовність у практиці. У роботі вивчені можливості різних поширених у зв’язках з громадськістю засобів і каналів комунікації, а також можливість їх використання в сфері охоронного бізнесу. Окрім того, результати дослідження знаходять ефективне застосовування не лише у практиці конкретних приватних підприємств із забезпечення фізичної охорони «Камрат» і «Добра справа КР».

Research methods: general scientific research methods, such as communication, abstract-logical, inductive and deductive methods, as well as methods of comparative characteristics, analysis and synthesis, were used in the process of writing the master's thesis. The study of PR-communication in the field of security business is a relevant topic, as it allows to analyze various segments of the communication practice of security companies and to determine effective methods of organizing PRcommunication. PR (or public relations) is an important component of the communication policy of any successful business. Public relations play an especially important role in those areas of the economy that are currently not legally regulated. Such organizations are enterprises in the field of physical protection. Due to the actual lack of perfect legislation in this area, PR is a business tool, and its language is the language of business. Corporate events for employees, their involvement in social projects are positive, unite and inspire confidence that in the event of an unforeseen situation, the management will take their side. External PR in the security sector allows not only to please customers, but also provides this business with transparency and reliability, helps to illustrate the quality of personnel resources and services, including through the social responsibility of business. Perhaps the most important role is the role of public relations in the movement of bodyguards for the defense of the right to work legally – inclusion of the profession in the Classifier of Professions DK 003:2010 of the national classifier of Ukraine. Scientific novelty - the research «PR-communication in the field of security activities» revealed that PR-communications are an integral part of the communication policy of private security enterprises. The principles of choosing communication channels depending on the target audiences were established, and the regularities between the methods of PR-communication and the needs of private enterprises in the security industry were analyzed. The results of research «PR-communication in the field of security activities» are of practical importance due to their applicability in practice. The work examines the possibilities of various means and communication channels common in public relations, as well as the possibility of their use in the field of security business. In addition, the results of the research find effective application not only in the practice of specific private enterprises providing physical security «Kamrat» and «Dobra sprava KR».
