У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сутність ключових понять дослідження; з’ясовано стан досліджуваної проблеми в педагогічній теорії та практиці сучасної дошкільної освіти; охарактеризовано сучасні підходи до професійного розвитку педагогів ЗДО; визначено потенціальний вплив інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на професійний розвиток педагогів ЗДО; розроблено і обґрунтовано модель професійного розвитку педагогів засобами впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес ЗДО; розроблено методичний супровід поетапного запровадження моделі в освітній процес ЗДО.

The qualification work analyzed the essence of the key concepts of the research; the state of the investigated problem in pedagogical theory and practice of modern preschool education is clarified; modern approaches to the professional development of pedagogues are characterized; the potential impact of information and communication technologies on the professional development of pedagogues is determined; a model of professional development of teachers was developed and substantiated by the means of introducing information and communication technologies into the educational process of special education; methodical support for the step-by-step introduction of the model into the educational process of the educational process has been developed.
