Формування комунікативної культури майбутніх менеджерів з туризму засобами інтерактивних технологій

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні та експериментальній перевірці ефективності інтерактивних технологій у формуванні комунікативної культури майбутніх менеджерів з туризму. Об’єкт дослідження – професійна підготовка майбутніх менеджерів з туризму. Предмет дослідження – інтерактивні технології формування комунікативної культури майбутніх менеджерів з туризму. У роботі проаналізувати сутність і структуру та дослідити форми, методи й засоби інтерактивних технологій навчання; визначити переваги застосування інтерактивних технологій навчання у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців туристичної галузі; визначити й охарактеризувати сутність і структуру поняття комунікативної культури майбутніх менеджерів з туризму; здійснити відбір та запровадити методи інтерактивного навчання в практику професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів з туризму; експериментально перевірити ефективність застосованих інтерактивних технологій формування комунікативної культури майбутніх менеджерів з туризму. Практичне значення здобутих результатів полягає в тому, що матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані у педагогічній діяльності викладачів вищого навчального закладу а також при розробці програми курсів підвищення кваліфікації менеджерів туристичної галузі.

The purpose of the study is theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of interactive technologies in the formation of the communicative culture of future tourism managers. The object of the study is the professional training of future tourism managers. The subject of the research is interactive technologies for forming the communicative culture of future tourism managers. In the work, analyze the essence and structure and investigate the forms, methods and means of interactive learning technologies; determine the advantages of using interactive learning technologies in the professional training of future specialists in the tourism industry; to define and characterize the essence and structure of the concept of communicative culture of future tourism managers; carry out the selection and implement the methods of interactive training in the practice of professional training of future tourism managers; to experimentally check the effectiveness of the applied interactive technologies in forming the communicative culture of future tourism managers. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the research materials can be used in the pedagogical activity of teachers of a higher educational institution, as well as in the development of a program of advanced training courses for managers of the tourism industry.
