Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування управлінської компетентності керівника ЗДО. Предмет дослідження – організаційно-педагогічні умови формування управлінської компетентності керівника ЗДО та способи її реалізації. У кваліфікаційній роботі уточнено суть управлінської компетентності керівника ЗДО як інтегрованого особистісного утворення; розкрито структурні компоненти управлінської компетентності; науково обґрунтовано проєктування технології формування управлінської компетентності керівника ЗДО; уточнено суть управлінської діяльності керівника ЗДО; розроблено, апробовано та впроваджено в освітній процес закладу дошкільної освіти організаційно-педагогічні умови формування управлінської компетентності керівника закладу дошкільної освіти.

The purpose of the study is to determine the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of managerial competence of the head of a preschool education institution. The object of the research is the process of formation of managerial competence of the head of the ZDO. The subject of the study is the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of managerial competence of the head of the ZDO and methods of its implementation. In the qualification work, the essence of the managerial competence of the head of the ZDO as an integrated personal formation is clarified; the structural components of managerial competence are revealed; the design of the technology for the formation of managerial competence of the head of the ZDO is scientifically substantiated; the essence of the management activity of the head of the ZDO has been clarified; the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of managerial competence of the head of the preschool education institution were developed, tested and implemented in the educational process of the preschool education institution.
