Abstract

Мета дослідження: визначення, теоретичне обґрунтування та експериментальна перевірка організаційно-педагогічних умов управління розвитком педагогічного колективу закладу дошкільної освіти і розробка рекомендацій щодо оптимізації управлінської діяльності. Об’єкт дослідження – педагогічний колектив закладу дошкільної освіти. Предмет дослідження – організаційно-педагогічні умови управління розвитком педагогічного колективу закладу дошкільної освіти. У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз наукових праць підходів до проблеми управління розвитком педагогічного колективу закладу дошкільної освіти; визначено та науково обґрунтувати організаційно-педагогічні умови управління розвитком педагогічного колективу закладу дошкільної освіти; експериментальним шляхом перевірено ефективність упровадження організаційно-педагогічних умов управління розвитком педагогічного колективу закладу дошкільної освіти; розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації управлінської діяльності у закладі дошкільної освіти.

The purpose of the study: definition, theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for managing the development of the teaching staff of a preschool education institution and the development of recommendations for the optimization of management activities. The object of the research is the teaching staff of the preschool education institution. The subject of the research is the organizational and pedagogical conditions of managing the development of the teaching staff of the preschool education institution. In the qualification work, a theoretical analysis of scientific works on approaches to the problem of managing the development of the teaching staff of a preschool education institution was carried out; determine and scientifically substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions for managing the development of the teaching staff of the preschool education institution; the effectiveness of the implementation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for managing the development of the teaching staff of the preschool education institution was tested experimentally; recommendations on optimization of management activities in a preschool education institution were developed.
