Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування внутрішньої системи забезпечення якості освіти у сучасному закладі дошкільної освіти. Предмет дослідження: управлінські процеси як інструмент впливу на якість освіти у розбудові зразкового закладу дошкільної освіти. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано стан проблеми управління з питань формування внутрішньої системи забезпечення якості освіти у сучасному закладі дошкільної; з’ясовано сутність управляння у забезпеченні якісною освітою здобувачів дошкільної освіти; проаналізовано значення самооцінювання освітніх і управлінських процесів у досягненні зразковості закладу освіти, застосування методик для внутрішнього оцінювання; визначено стан сформованості внутрішньої системи якості освіти у сучасному закладі дошкільної освіти; обґрунтовано освітні і управлінські процеси розвитку якості освіти та провести кількісний і якісний аналіз їх застосування.

In the qualifying work, the state of the management problem on the formation of the internal system of ensuring the quality of education in a modern preschool institution is analyzed; the essence of management in providing high-quality education to students of preschool education is clarified; the importance of self-evaluation of educational and management processes in achieving exemplary educational institutions, the use of methods for internal evaluation is analyzed; the state of formation of the internal quality system of education in a modern preschool education institution is determined; the educational and management processes of the development of the quality of education are substantiated and a quantitative and qualitative analysis of their application is carried out.
