Психологічні чинники психосоматичних захворювань у дітей під час війни

Abstract

За рік війни в Україні з 24 лютого 2022 року ціле покоління дітей пережило місяці насильства, страху, втрат і трагедій. Немає жодного аспекту життя дітей, на який не вплинула війна: багато з них були вбиті та поранені, змушені були залишити свої домівки, втратили можливості отримати освіту та були позбавлені переваг безпечного середовища. Наша психіка не розуміє різниці між позитивними і негативними емоціями. Психологічно невирішені конфлікти та супутні їм умови є сприятливою передумовою для виникнення захворювань, які час від часу виникають у людини без видимих причин. Під психосоматикою розуміється реакція нашого організму на затаєні образи, гнів, страхи та інші почуття. Кожен раз, коли ми свідомо чи несвідомо пригнічуємо сильні емоції, в організмі виникає напруга, яка з часом призводить до психосоматичних захворювань. Війна викликала у нашій психіці шалений сплеск емоцій, яких ми раніше не відчували. У якийсь момент хвороби людей з’явилися нізвідки. Це наслідок роботи нервової системи, яка передає больові сигнали в різні частини тіла після пережитого стресу, при цьому психіка дає імпульси мозку. Психосоматичні розлади та захворювання прямо корелюють з проблематика психологічного здоров’я. Проблема формування психологічного здоров’я особистості викликає науковий інтерес сучасних дослідників. Це пов’язано з необхідністю наукового пошуку шляхів, методів та засобів оптимізації психічного розвитку особистості, а також створення психологічних умов для її успішної адаптації до соціального середовища, особливо для найнезахищеного населення, дітей.. Наукова новизна полягає в обґрунтуванні впливу війни на психологічне здоров’я та аналізу психосоматичних захворювань у дітей під час війни, та розробці рекомендацій щодо формування психологічного здоров’я дітей під час війни.

During the year of war in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, a whole generation of children experienced months of violence, fear, losses and tragedies. There is no aspect of children's lives that has not been affected by war: many of them have been killed and injured, forced to leave their homes, deprived of opportunities for education and deprived of the benefits of a safe environment. Our psyche does not understand the difference between positive and negative emotions. Psychologically unresolved conflicts and the accompanying conditions are a favorable prerequisite for the occurrence of diseases that occur in a person from time to time for no apparent reason. Psychosomatics refers to the reaction of our body to hidden resentments, anger, fears and other feelings. Every time we consciously or unconsciously suppress strong emotions, tension arises in the body, which eventually leads to psychosomatic diseases. The war caused a crazy surge of emotions in our psyche that we had not experienced before. At some point, people's diseases appeared out of nowhere. This is a consequence of the work of the nervous system, which transmits pain signals to various parts of the body after the experienced stress, while the psyche gives impulses to the brain. Psychosomatic disorders and diseases are directly related to psychological health problems. The problem of forming the psychological health of an individual arouses the scientific interest of modern researchers. This is due to the need for a scientific search for ways, methods and means of optimizing the mental development of the individual, as well as creating psychological conditions for its successful adaptation to the social environment, especially for the most vulnerable population, children. The scientific novelty consists in substantiating the impact of war on psychological health. I and the analysis of psychosomatic diseases in children during the war, and the development of recommendations for the formation of psychological health of children during the war.
