Психологічна корекція бойового стресу військовослужбовців

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 98 сторінках друкованого тексту, 8 таблиць, 19 малюнків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 67 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – бойовий стрес військовослужбовців. Реаліями нашої держави вже понад 9 років є війна, яка окрім значних інфраструктурних руйнувань, фінансово-економічних втрат має значний вплив на людей, а головним чином на військовослужбовців, що виконують свій обов’язок, захищаючи Батьківщину. Одним з психотравмуючих наслідків війни на особистість військових є бойовий стрес, який отримує кожен військовослужбовець, виконуючи завдання за призначенням як на лінії зіткнення, так і ще до прямого контакту з потенційною загрозою. Через різну інтенсивність впливу бойового стресу у комбатантів можуть виникати бойові психічні травми, розвиватись гострі стресові розлади та посттравматичні стресові розлади. Постійна небезпека для життя і здоров’я військовослужбовців, бойова втома, стрес-фактори бою негативно впливають на психічне здоров’я комбатантів, призводять до психогенних втрат, знижують боєздатність підрозділу, зумовлюють деформацію особистості воїна та впливають на подальшу адаптацію до мирного життя. Отже через реальності війни в Україні та потужний вплив психотрамуючих наслідків бойової обстановки на військовослужбовців зумовлюють гостру необхідність вивчення бойового стресу та психокорекційних заходів для подолання його наслідків з врахуванням позитивного досвіду російсько-української війни та провідних армій світу. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному дослідженні проблеми психокорекції бойового стресу під час бойових дій, було запропоновано трьохетапну модель психокорекційних заходів в зоні бойових дій. Проведено порівняльний аналіз впливу бойового стресу на психіку військовослужбовців, що проходять службу в артилерійських бригадах та Повітряних сил.

The object of research is the combat stress of military personnel. The reality of our country for more than 9 years is the war, which, in addition to significant infrastructural destruction, financial and economic losses, has a significant impact on people, and mainly on military personnel who perform their duty, protecting the Motherland. One of the psychologically traumatic effects of war on the personality of the military is the combat stress that each serviceman receives while performing assigned tasks both on the front line and before direct contact with a potential threat. Due to the different intensity of exposure to combat stress, combatants may experience combat mental injuries, develop acute stress disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders. Constant danger to the life and health of servicemen, combat fatigue, stress factors of combat have a negative impact on the mental health of combatants, lead to psychogenic losses, reduce the combat effectiveness of the unit, lead to deformation of the soldier's personality and affect further adaptation to peaceful life. Therefore, due to the realities of the war in Ukraine and the powerful impact of psycho-traumatic consequences of the combat situation on servicemen, there is an urgent need to study combat stress and psychocorrective measures to overcome its consequences, taking into account the positive experience of the Russian-Ukrainian war and the leading armies of the world. The scientific novelty consists in a comprehensive study of the problem of psychocorrection of combat stress during hostilities, a three-stage model of psychocorrective measures in the combat zone was proposed. A comparative analysis of the impact of combat stress on the psyche of servicemen serving in artillery brigades and the Air Force was conducted.
