Психологічні особливості професійної діяльності психотерапевта в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – особливості психотерапевтичної практики та надання психологічних послуг в умовах воєнного стану. Психотерапевтична практика є невід’ємною умовою та ознакою сучасного цивілізованого суспільства. Це широкомасштабна діяльність, спрямована на перетворення психічної реальності психологічними засобами. Сьогодні, в умовах воєнного стану в Україні, психотерапевтична практика займає найважливіше місце в системі захисту та профілактики психологічної підтримки та послуг населенню та військовослужбовцям. Вона займає найважливішу позицію в системі захисту, профілактики та реабілітації психологічного здоров’я населення та військовослужбовців. Реалізація стратегії розвитку Збройних Сил України вимагає значних людських зусиль, головним чином у фізичному та психологічному плані. Найскладнішим завданням є адаптація військовослужбовців до умов військової служби та життя в підрозділі. Психотерапевт в умовах воєнного стану працює з проблемами пов’язаними зі збереженням психічного здоров’я військовозабовязаного, розроблює психокорекційні програми та методики для подолання негативних наслідків військової дезадаптації тощо. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає у розробці та впровадженні програми психотерапевтичного супроводу успішної адаптації військовослужбовців та висвітленні методичних рекомендацій розвитку адаптації військовослужбовців.

The object of the research is the peculiarities of psychotherapeutic practice and the provision of psychological services under martial law. Psychotherapeutic practice is an integral condition and feature of modern civilized society. This is a large-scale activity aimed at transforming mental reality by psychological means. Today, in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, psychotherapeutic practice occupies the most important place in the system of protection and prevention of psychological support and services for the population and military personnel. It occupies the most important position in the system of protection, prevention and rehabilitation of the psychological health of the population and military personnel. Implementation of the development strategy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine requires considerable human effort, mainly in physical and psychological terms. The most difficult task is the adaptation of servicemen to the conditions of military service and life in the unit. A psychotherapist in the conditions of martial law works with problems related to the preservation of the mental health of conscripts, develops psychocorrective programs and methods to overcome the negative consequences of military maladjustment, etc. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in the development and implementation of a program of psychotherapeutic support for the successful adaptation of military personnel and the highlighting of methodological recommendations for the development of adaptation of military personnel.
