Психологічні особливості емоційних станів лікарів в умовах воєнного часу

Війни впродовж всього існування людства змінювала життя багатьох людей назавжди. Сьогодні кожен особливо гостро відчуває наслідки військових дій у різних сферах життя. Та не дивлячись на ситуацію кожен продовжує виконувати свої обов’язки та зобов’язання. Кожен на своєму місці вносить великий внесок у перемогу та у покращення життя, особливо важливу роль відіграють лікарі, так як вони перші стоять на охороні нашого здоров’я. Саме тому лікарі одні с перших потребують збереження гармонійно розвиненої, фізично та психічно здорової особистості. Але приділити достатню увагу цьому питанню зараз дуже важко через ряд негативних чинників тим паче в умовах війни. Багато з цих чинників викликають у лікарів негативні емоційні станів, які, при відсутності належної психологічної корекції, адекватних змін умов життя та праці, можуть трансформуватись у стійкі властивості особистості та деформувати її подальший розвиток, стати причиною погіршення успішності трудової діяльності, поведінки, зумовити порушення взаємин з колегами та пацієнтами. Нaукoвa нoвизнa рoбoти пoлягaє в тoму, щo впeршe тестування проходили саме лікарі, які знаходяться в умовах війни, та увага була приділена особливостям їх емоційних станів.

Wars throughout the existence of mankind have changed the lives of many people forever. Today, everyone feels the consequences of military actions in various spheres of life especially keenly. But regardless of the situation, everyone continues to fulfill their duties and obligations. Everyone in their place makes a great contribution to victory and to the improvement of life, doctors play an especially important role, as they are the first to protect our health. That is why doctors are one of the first to maintain a harmoniously developed, physically and mentally healthy personality. But it is very difficult to pay enough attention to this issue now due to a number of negative factors, especially in the conditions of war. Many of these factors cause negative emotional states in doctors, which, in the absence of proper psychological correction, adequate changes in living and working conditions, can transform into stable personality traits and deform its further development, become the cause of deterioration of the success of work activities, behavior, and lead to disruption of relationships with colleagues and patients. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time the testing was carried out by doctors who are in war conditions, and attention was paid to the peculiarities of their emotional states.
