Особливості емоційного вигорання науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти в умовах дистанційного навчання

Abstract

Емоційне вигорання науково-педагогічних працівників є досить актуальною проблемою в сучасних умовах, особливо з поширенням дистанційного навчання. Пандемія COVID-19 прискорила перехід багатьох навчальних закладів на дистанційну форму, що поставило нові виклики перед науково-педагогічними працівниками. Адаптація до нових умов праці, необхідність опановувати новітні технології, постійна робота в онлайн-режимі – всі ці чинники можуть викликати додаткове емоційне та психологічне навантаження для викладачів. Загальновідомо, що якість виконання роботи та її результативність залежать від психологічного стану фахівця. У своїй роботі ми хочемо звернути увагу на дослідження емоційного вигорання науково-педагогічних працівників як однієї з категорій фахівців, які найбільш вразливі до впливу цього синдрому в умовах дистанційного навчання. Дослідженням емоційного вигорання займалося чимало науковців усього світу. Нині існує значна кількість наукових та дослідницьких робіт, публікацій щодо вивчення синдрому емоційного вигорання. Проблематика емоційного вигорання знайшла відображення в науковому доробку як зарубіжних, так і вітчизняних вчених. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в дослідженні особливостей прояву синдрому емоційного вигорання науково-педагогічних працівників, які здійснюють професійну діяльність в умовах дистанційного навчання.

Emotional burnout of scientific and pedagogical workers is a rather urgent problem in modern conditions, especially with the spread of distance learning. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition of many educational institutions to a remote form, which has posed new challenges to scientific and pedagogical workers. Adaptation to new working conditions, the need to master the latest technologies, constant work in online mode - all these factors can cause additional emotional and psychological stress for teachers. It is common knowledge that the quality of work performance and its effectiveness depend on the psychological state of the specialist. In our work, we want to pay attention to the study of emotional burnout of scientific and pedagogical workers as one of the categories of specialists who are most vulnerable to the influence of this syndrome in the conditions of distance learning. Many scientists around the world have been studying emotional burnout. Currently, there is a significant number of scientific and research works, publications on the study of emotional burnout syndrome. The problem of emotional burnout was reflected in the scientific work of both foreign and domestic scientists. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the study of the peculiarities of the manifestation of the syndrome of emotional burnout of scientific and pedagogical workers who carry out professional activities in the conditions of distance learning.
