Особливості прояву асертивності в лікарів загальної практики

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 67 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 рисунка, 1 таблиця. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – асертивність особистості. Сучасна вітчизняна та світова лікарська переконливо доводить, що успішність процесу профілактики і лікування не може бути забезпечена тільки лікарським рівнем підготовки фахівця. Дослідження науковців свдчать про те, що практично в усіх галузях медицини диференціюється психологічна складова – організація суб'єкт-суб'єктної взаємодії, що забезпечує взаємну коректність та ефективність дозволених відносин. У зв'язку з цим актуальності набуває проблема асертивності лікаря – суб'єктної властивості особистості, що інтегрує ініціативу та готовність до ризику у важких життєвих ситуаціях, здібність конструктивно відстоювати свої права, проявляючи етичне ставлення до інших людей, будучи при цьому відповідальним за власну поведінку. В контексті професійної діяльності лікаря актуально, що, на відміну від деструктивних маніпуляції та агресії, асертивна поведінка розглядається як адекватність у певній конкретній ситуації, діалогічна взаємодія, забезпечення зворотного зв'язку, формування зони довірчого спілкування, що налаштовує на взаєморозуміння та взаємоповагу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: емпірично дoслiджeнo oсoбливoстi прояву асертивності в лікарів загальної практики; розроблено структурну модель асертивності як інтегративного ієрархічно-структурного утворення особистості лікаря; поглиблено, розширено та доповнено уявлення про психологічні чиники розвитку асертивності, асертивних стратегій поведінки, особливостей їх прояву, зокрема, в професійній діяльності лікарів; набули подальшого розвитку теоретичні уявлення про ієрархічну структурованість асертивності, її інтегральність та функції.

EN : The work is presented on 67 pages of printed text, 4 figures, 1 table. The list of references includes 60 sources. The object of research is the assertiveness of the individual. Modern domestic and international medicine convincingly proves that the success of the process of prevention and treatment cannot be ensured only by the medical level of the specialist's training. The researches of scientists testify that in almost all branches of medicine, a psychological component is differentiated - the organization of subject-subject interaction, which ensures mutual correctness and effectiveness of permitted relations. In connection with this, the problem of assertiveness of the doctor is gaining relevance - a subjective attribute of the personality that integrates initiative and readiness to take risks in difficult life situations, the ability to constructively defend one's rights, showing an ethical attitude towards other people, while being responsible for one's own behavior . In the context of a doctor's professional activity, it is relevant that, in contrast to destructive manipulation and aggression, assertive behavior is considered as adequacy in a certain specific situation, dialogic interaction, providing feedback, forming a zone of trustful communication that sets the stage for mutual understanding and mutual respect. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that: the peculiarity of the manifestation of assertiveness in general practitioners was empirically investigated; a structural model of assertiveness as an integrative hierarchical-structural formation of a doctor's personality was developed; deepened, expanded and supplemented the idea of the psychological mechanisms of the development of assertiveness, assertive strategies of behavior, the peculiarities of their manifestation, in particular, in the professional activity of doctors; theoretical ideas about the hierarchical structure of assertiveness, its integrality and functions have gained further development.
