Психологічна підтримка сімей, які беруть опіку над дітьми під час війни

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 59 сторінках друкованого тексту, 3 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 49 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процес створення безпечного розвивального середовища для адаптації дітей – сиріт у прийомній сім’ї на основі комплексної технології психологічної підтримки під час війни. У сучасних умовах система захисту дітей знаходиться у постійному пошуку нових моделей забезпечення найкращих інтересів дитини, яка потребує влаштування/альтернативного догляду, а також підтримки сімей, які виявили бажання в цей складний час прийняти дитину у свою родину. Виховання дитини у прийомній сім’ї дає можливість зберегти для неї найголовніший соціалізований чинник – сімейний. Це дозволить дітям-сиротам і дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування, пройти процес соціалізації у нормальних сімейних умовах сформувати навички життя на прикладі членів родини, не почувати себе «вигнанцями» у суспільстві. На думку експертів, психологічні потреби прийомних сімей і ДБСТ пов’язані не лише з війною, а й із попередніми травмами життя та виховання дітей, тому вони більшою мірою потребують уваги психологів і соціальних працівників. Разом з тим аналіз літератури та досліджень, закордонного досвіду переконує в тому, що проблеми, перш за все, що стосуються методики та технології надання психологічної підтримки прийомним сім’ям, сутності та змісту супроводу прийомних батьків і дітей, підготовки фахівців до цього ще недостатньо вивчені. Аналіз світового досвіду дасть змогу використання його кращих надбань щодо впровадження польської європейської моделі соціального захисту дітей-сиріт і дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування в досвід роботи українських психологічних служб, адже саме ця сусідня країна надала нам величезну підтримку в перші дні війни. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у висвітлення шляхів подолання проблем у функціонуванні прийомних сімей на основі психологічної підтримки виходячи з сучасних викликів та європейського досвіду.

The object of the research is the process of creating a safe developmental environment for the adaptation of children - orphans in a foster family based on the complex technology of psychological support during the war. In today's conditions, the child protection system is constantly searching for new models of ensuring the best interests of a child who needs placement/alternative care, as well as supporting families who have expressed a desire to accept a child into their family at this difficult time. Raising a child in a foster family provides an opportunity to preserve the most important factor of socialization for the child - the family one. This will allow orphans and children deprived of parental care to go through the process of socialization in normal family conditions, form life skills on the example of family members, and not feel like "outcasts" in society. According to experts, the psychological needs of foster families and DBST are related not only to the war, but also to the previous traumas of life and raising children, so they require the attention of psychologists and social workers to a greater extent. At the same time, the analysis of literature and research, foreign experience convinces that the problems, first of all, related to the methodology and technology of providing psychological support to foster families, the essence and content of accompanying foster parents and children, the training of specialists for this have not yet been sufficiently studied . The analysis of world experience will make it possible to use its best assets regarding the implementation of the Polish European model of social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care in the work experience of Ukrainian psychological services, because it was this neighboring country that provided us with enormous support in the first days of the war. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in highlighting ways to overcome problems in the functioning of foster families based on psychological support based on modern challenges and European experience.
