Навчально-професійна установка в структурі професійної свідомості психолога-практика

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 76 сторінках друкованого тексту, 10 малюнків, 2 таблиці. Перелік посилань включає 68 джерел. Об'єкт дослідження – професійна свідомість психолога. Глобальні зміни, які відбуваються в нашій країні, сприяють трансформації уявлень про цілі та функції сучасної освіти. Виникає необхідність виходу за межі технологічного розуміння професійної діяльності до сфери психології свідомості, а саме − до дослідження професійної свідомості фахівця, вивчення якої належить до ґрунтовно заявлених, але недостатньо реалізованих напрямів дослідження. Професійна свідомість розглядається як особлива форма свідомості, динамічне психологічне утворення, у якому інтегруються професійні цінності, науково-теоретичні знання, програми професійних дій та знання людини про себе як про представника певної професії. У зв’язку з цим особливого значення набувають дослідження навчально-професійної установки як складової структури професійної свідомості, яка формується в процесі освіти через систему зовнішньо організованих навчальних комунікацій. Відмінності в «змістовності» структури навчально-професійної установки як складової структури професійної свідомості студентів визначаються, з одного боку, специфікою освітнього закладу, навчальними програмами, формою навчання та етапами навчання, а з іншого − ступенем суб’єктивного залучення студента до навчального процесу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у дoслiджeні психологічної особливості навчально-професійної установки як компонента структури професійної свідомості; нaбулo пoдaльшoгo рoзвитку вивчeння фeнoмeнів професійної свідомості.

EN : The work is presented on 76 pages of printed text, 10 figures, 2 tables. The list of references includes 68 sources. The object of research is the professional consciousness of a psychologist. The global changes that are taking place in our country contribute to the transformation of ideas about the goals and functions of modern education. There is a need to go beyond the technological understanding of professional activity to the field of psychology of consciousness, namely, to the study of the professional consciousness of a specialist, the study of which belongs to the thoroughly declared, but insufficiently realized directions of research. Professional consciousness is considered as a special form of consciousness, a dynamic psychological formation that integrates professional values, scientific and theoretical knowledge, programs of professional actions and a person's knowledge of himself as a representative of a certain profession. In this regard, the study of the educational and professional attitude as a component of the structure of professional consciousness, which is formed in the process of education through the system of externally organized educational communications, acquires special importance. Differences in the "content" of the structure of the educational and professional attitude as a component of the structure of the students' professional consciousness are determined, on the one hand, by the specifics of the educational institution, educational programs, form of education and stages of education, and on the other hand by the degree of subjective involvement of the student in the educational process. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the study of the psychological features of the educational and professional attitude as a component of the structure of professional consciousness; the study of the phenomena of professional consciousness received further development.
