Алгоритм підрахунку доцільності впровадження автоматизованого тестування при розробці digital-продукту в ІТ проєктах

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 99 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 18 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 52 джерела, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства ТОВ «НАВЧАЛЬНИЙ ЦЕНТР «ФРЕШКОД». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційних проєктів підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретичних засад управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо покращення фінансового становища підприємства. Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, індукції та дедукції, спостереження та прогнозування, зіставлення/порівняння, синтезу та аналогії, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу та інші. Одержані результати та їх новизна: досліджено економічне становище навчального центру на основі фінансової звітності; виявлено основні фінансові ризики які призводять до втрати потенційного прибутку та додаткових витрат компанії; розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення фінансового стану підприємства шляхом впровадження інноваційних заходів у виробничі процеси. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані на підприємствах які надають послуги ІТ-навчання для покращення фінансового становища в кризових умовах.

EN : The work is presented on 99 pages of printed text, contains 18 tables, 19 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 52 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of managing the innovation and investment activities of the enterprise LLC "TRAINING CENTER "FRESHCODE". The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of investment support for innovative projects of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop the theoretical foundations of managing the innovative development of the enterprise and to develop practical recommendations for improving the financial position of the enterprise. Methods of research: logical generalization, induction and deduction, observation and forecasting, comparison/contrast, synthesis and analogy, financial, economic and statistical analysis etc. The results obtained: the economic situation of the training center is investigated based on financial statements; the main financial risks that lead to the loss of potential profits and additional costs of the company are identified; recommendations for improving the financial condition of the enterprise through the introduction of innovative measures in production processes are developed. In order to improve the company's financial situation, the following projects were proposed: a project to develop an individual course that allows obtaining additional income from customers; a project to implement automated testing for work review, which reduces operating costs for employees. The results of the study can be applied to enterprises that provide IT training services, in particular LLC "TRAINING CENTER "FRESHCODE", to improve the financial situation in crisis conditions.
