Обґрунтування стратегії розвитку АТ «А-БАНК» з урахуванням його економічної безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 112 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 24 рисунки, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає стратегія економічної безпеки банків України. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи щодо стратегії економічної безпеки банку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення та вдосконалення стратегічних підходів до економічної безпеки банків, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо стратегії підвищення економічної безпеки АТ «А-БАНК». Виходячи з цієї мети, були розроблені такі завдання дослідження: визначено сутність економічної безпеки банку; досліджені стратегічні підходи до управління економічною безпекою банку; опрацьована методика оцінювання стратегії економічної безпеки банку; здійснено оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки АТ «А-БАНК» за показниками ефективності та структури балансу; проаналізовано формування стратегічного набору в системі управління економічною безпекою АТ «А-БАНК»; удосконалено стратегічні підходи до економічної безпеки банку на засадах контролінгу; виявлені стратегічні перспективи підвищення економічної безпеки АТ «А- БАНК» при впровадженні Базельських рекомендацій. Наукова новизна полягає: вдосконалено стратегічний набір у системі управління економічною безпекою банку з урахуванням викликів воєнного стану; набуло подальшого розвитку визначення економічної безпеки банку як стану, що характеризується здатністю протистояти можливим зовнішнім і внутрішнім загрозам банківської діяльності. Практичне значення мають такі розробки, як удосконалені стратегічні підходи до економічної безпеки банку та виявлені перспективи підвищення економічної безпеки АТ «А-БАНК».

EN : The work is presented on 112 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 21 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 71 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the economic security strategy of Ukrainian banks. The subject of the study is methodical approaches and principles regarding the bank's economic security strategy. The purpose of the master's thesis is to generalize and improve strategic approaches to the economic security of banks, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the strategy of increasing the economic security of JSC "A- BANK". Based on this goal, the following research tasks were developed: the essence of the bank's economic security was determined; researched strategic approaches to managing the bank's economic security; developed methodology for evaluating the bank's economic security strategy; assessment of the level of economic security of JSC "A-BANK" was carried out based on indicators of efficiency and balance sheet structure; the formation of a strategic set in the economic security management system of JSC "A-BANK" was analyzed; improved strategic approaches to the bank's economic security on the basis of controlling; strategic prospects for increasing the economic security of JSC "A-BANK" during the implementation of the Basel recommendations were identified. The scientific novelty is: the strategic recruitment in the bank's economic security management system has been improved, taking into account the challenges of martial law; the definition of economic security of the bank as a state characterized by the ability to resist possible external and internal threats to banking activity to ensure normal functioning and development in the conditions of destabilizing influence of the surrounding environment and protection of economic interests of stakeholders has gained further development. The following methods of economic research were used when completing the thesis: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic, analysis, synthesis, etc. The information base of the study consists of data from the financial statements of JSC "A-BANK", the National Bank of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, as well as monographic studies and articles by domestic and foreign authors. Developments such as improved strategic approaches to the bank's economic security and identified prospects for increasing the economic security of JSC "A- BANK" are of practical importance.
