Забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки банківської установи АТ «ОЩАДБАНК»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 114 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 9 таблиць, 3 рисунки, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 76 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оцінювання показників фінансового стану банку в системі забезпечення фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення та вдосконалення системи управління фінансовою безпекою банків, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Завдання:  дослідити сутність фінансової безпеки банку;  розглянути особливості формування механізму управління фінансової та економічної безпеки «Ощадбанку»;  надати організаційно-економічні характеристику АТ «Ощадбанк»;  оцінити діяльність показників забезпечення безпеки «Ощадбанку»;  оцінити управління фінансової та економічної безпеки під час воєнного стану в Україні;  запропонувати заходи щодо підвищення ефективності формування системи забезпечення фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Методи дослідження: системний, економіко-статистичний, графічний, табличний, логічний, нормативно-розрахунковий, методи аналізу, групування. Одержані результати:  вдосконалено методику оцінювання рівня фінансової безпеки банку;  визначено та проаналізовано основні критерії забезпечення фінансової та економічної безпеки;  оцінено діяльність безпеки «Ощадбанку» під час воєнного стану. Наукова новизна:  запропоновано стратегію розвитку фінансового сектору управління з 5

метою забезпечення економічної безпеки до 2025 року, яка враховує стимулювання та створення умов щодо активізації розвитку вітчизняного фінансового ринку та засадах мінімізації ризиків інвестора та удосконалення національної фінансової системи;  удосконалені концептуальні підходи розвитку банківського сектору економіки як сегменту національної економіки на засадах підвищення стійкості та збереження інституціональної незалежності. Практичне значення мають розроблені напрями підвищення рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки АТ «ОЩАДБАНК» з урахуванням ризик- орієнтованого управління.

EN : The work is presented on 114 pages of printed text, contains 9 tables, 3 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 76 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the processes of evaluating the indicators of the bank's financial condition in the system of financial security of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». The subject of research is theoretical, methodical and practical issues of ensuring the financial security of the bank. The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize and improve the system of managing the financial security of banks, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving the financial security of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». Objective:  to investigate the essence of financial security of the bank;  to consider the peculiarities of the formation of the bank's financial security management mechanism;  provide organizational and economic characteristics of Bank PLC «Oshadbank»;  to perform diagnostics of performance indicators of Bank PLC «Oshadbank»;  to investigate the management of financial and economic security during the martial law in Ukraine;  to propose measures to increase the efficiency of the formation of the financial security system of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». Research methods: systematic, economic-statistical, graphical, tabular, logical, regulatory-calculation, methods of analysis, grouping. Results and novelty obtained:  improved methodology for assessing the level of financial security of the bank;  the main criteria for ensuring financial and economic security were 7

identified and analyzed;  the effectiveness of security at Oschadbank during the war period was assessed. Scientific innovation:  strategy for the development of the financial sector of management was proposed with the goal of ensuring economic security until 2025, which takes into account the stimulation and creation of conditions for the activation of the development of the domestic financial market and the principles of minimizing investor risks and improving the national financial system;  improved conceptual approaches to the development of the banking sector economy as a segment of the national economy on the basis of increased stability and preservation of institutional independence. Of practical importance may be the direct division of the level of financial and economic security of JSC "OSCHADBANK" with the coordination of risk- oriented management.
