Розробка заходів щодо забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки промислового підприємства ПрАТ «ДНІПРОСПЕЦСТАЛЬ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 5 рисунків, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 63 джерела, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження в роботі виступає фінансово-економічна безпека суб’єкта господарювання. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки суб’єкта господарювання. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних положень, оцінка стану фінансово-економічної безпеки та визначення заходів щодо забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки досліджуваного підприємства. Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання:  досліджено теоретичні аспекти сутності, оцінки та забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки суб’єкта господарювання;  проаналізовано економічні показники діяльності підприємства;  оцінено фінансово-економічні показники і стан фінансово- економічної безпеки досліджуваного підприємства;  запропоновано заходи щодо забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки досліджуваного підприємства. Методи дослідження: описовий, методи аналізу та синтезу; логічний аналіз; принципи системного підходу; статистичний аналіз; метод порівняльного аналізу; метод графічного зображення. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в теоретико- методичному обґрунтуванні та вирішенні комплексу питань, пов’язаних із забезпеченням фінансово-економічної безпеки промислового підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 108 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 5 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 63 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the financial and economic security of the business entity. The subject of study – is methodological approaches and principles of ensuring the financial and economic security of the business entity. The purpose of the qualification work is the establishment of theoretical provisions, assessment of financial and economic security and the assessment of approaches to ensure financial and economic security of the enterprise. According to the goals the following tasks are solved:  theoretical aspects of the essence, assessment and provision of financial and economic security of the enterprise are investigated;  the economic indicators of the enterprise are analyzed;  estimated financial and economic indicators and state of financial and economic security of the enterprise under investigation;  proposed measures to ensure the financial and economic security of the enterprise under investigation. Methods of research: descriptive, methods of analysis and synthesis; logical analysis; principles of a systems approach; statistical analysis; comparative analysis method; graphic image method. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solution of a complex of issues related to ensuring the financial and economic security of an industrial enterprise. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation:  proposed measures to ensure the financial and economic security of industrial enterprises, the essence of which is the organizational provision of financial and economic security and the introduction of a standard algorithm of actions for the economic security unit; 6

got further development:  interpretation of the category of «financial and economic security of an enterprise» is a state of protection of an enterprise from internal and external threats in which the corporate resources of the enterprise are effectively used and the achievement of the best values of financial and economic indicators is constantly ensured; – application of financial management approaches to ensure financial and economic security at an industrial enterprise The results of the research assessing the condition and ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise can be introduced into the practice of industrial enterprises, in particular PJSC Dniprospetsstal. Application in practice of the recommendations proposed by the author will allow the enterprise to maintain a sufficient level of financial and economic security.
