Аналіз та оцінка стійкості фінансового стану ТОВ «КОНТА-ПЛЮС»

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування аналітичного забезпечення управління стійкістю фінансового стану на прикладі ТОВ «Конта-Плюс» Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій, на основі результатів аналізу, щодо підвищення стійкості фінансового стану ТОВ «Конта-Плюс». Методи дослідження: системний підхід до вивчення економічних явищ і процесів. Під час виконання дослідження використано загальнонаукові методи пізнання: історичний метод, методи індукції та дедукції, теоретичного узагальнення і порівняння; методи економічного та статистичного аналізу, методи причинно-наслідкового зв’язку та абстрактно-логічний метод. Основні результати дослідження полягають в тому, що: набуло подальшого розвитку визначення поняття «фінансова стійкість», «платоспроможність»; доповнено класифікацію фінансової стабільності за рахунок поділу на зовнішню, внутрішню, загальну, спадкову та фінансову, що дозволяє враховувати вплив факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища для формування фінансової стратегії; обґрунтовано за результатами аналізу доцільність впровадження системи управління рухом грошових коштів, що сприятиме їх раціональному використанню та координації взаєморозрахунків з контрагентами на засадах комплексного та системного підходу. Надані рекомендації створюють основу для забезпечення фінансової стійкості, платоспроможності та ефективного управління грошовими потоками як критеріїв стійкості фінансового стану на досліджуваному підприємстві. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на підвищення достовірності, оперативності аналітичної інформації для забезпечення дієвості контролю та підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами товариства; можуть впроваджуватися в практику роботи вітчизняних підприємств. Застосування на практиці запропонованих автором рекомендацій дозволить забезпечити своєчасне одержання та аналіз необхідної інформації керівництвом для прийняття управлінських рішень щодо формування умов стабільного фінансового стану підприємства.

EN : The object of the study is the process of forming analytical support for the management of the stability of the financial condition on the example of Konta-Plus LLC. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations, based on the results of the analysis, to increase the stability of the financial condition of Konta-Plus LLC. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. During the research the general scientific methods of cognition were used: historical method, methods of induction and deduction, theoretical generalization and comparison; methods of economic and statistical analysis, methods of causation, factor analysis and abstract-logical method. The main results of the study are that: the definition of the concept of «financial stability», «solvency» has been further developed; supplemented the classification of financial stability by dividing into external, internal, general, hereditary and financial, which allows to take into account the influence of external and internal factors for the formation of financial strategy; Based on the results of the analysis, the feasibility of introducing a cash flow management system will be substantiated, which will facilitate their rational use and coordination of settlements with counterparties on the basis of a comprehensive and systematic approach. The recommendations provided form the basis for ensuring financial sustainability, solvency and efficient cash flow management at the entity under study. The results of the research are aimed at improving the reliability, timeliness of analytical information to ensure the effectiveness of control and increase the efficiency of financial resources management of the company; can be implemented in the practice of domestic enterprises. The practical application of the recommendations proposed by the author will allow timely receipt and analysis of the necessary information by management to make management decisions regarding the formation of conditions for stable financial condition of the enterprise.
