Abstract

UA : Проведено аналіз існуючих методів нормалізації оціночних показників, повно характеризують варіанти організаційно-технологічних рішень, на основі якого запропоновано здійснювати нормалізацію оціночних показників способом безпосередньої оцінки методу експертного оцінювання. Розроблено принципи проектування будгенплану при реконструкції житлових будинків, що містять конкретні рекомендації щодо раціональної організації майданчика реконструкції в обмежених умовах за рахунок організації реконструкції груповим методом, максимального використання існуючих комунікацій і діючих об'єктів енергозабезпечення, використання для потреб реконструкції приміщень в реконструйованих будинках, раціонального використання території, прилеглих до майданчиків реконструкції.

EN : An analysis of the existing methods of normalization of evaluation indicators is carried out, the variants of organizational and technological solutions are fully characterized, on the basis of which it is proposed to carry out the normalization of evaluation indicators by the method of direct evaluation of the expert evaluation method. The principles of the design of the budget plan for the reconstruction of residential buildings have been developed, which contain specific recommendations for the rational organization of the reconstruction site in limited conditions due to the organization of the reconstruction by the group method, the maximum use of existing communications and existing energy supply facilities, the use for the needs of the reconstruction of premises in reconstructed houses, the rational use territories adjacent to the reconstruction sites.
