Стратегічне управління розвитком закладу загальної середньої освіти: розбудова STEM середовища

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процес стратегічного управління розвитком закладу загальної середньої освіти. Предмет дослідження: теоретико-методичні та науково-практичні основи стратегічного управління закладом освіти. Мета дослідження: визначення сутності та особливостей стратегічного управління закладом загальної середньої освіти, яке включає практичний інструментарій формування стратегій розвитку та конкурентоспроможності закладів освіти на прикладі розбудови STEM - середовища, розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління ними зокрема у воєнний та після воєнний час. Методи дослідження: фундаментальні положення стратегічного управління, загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи пізнання економічних явищ і процесів, методи дерев проблем та рішень, SWOT аналіз при плануванні, а також встановлення характеристик окремих об'єктів управління на основі знань про розвиток певних процесів та явищ, методи аналізу і синтезу. В роботі студенткою визначено, що за умови унікальності різними можливостями як внутрішніми так і зовнішніми кожного закладу освіти не можна створити універсальну стратегію розвитку закладу освіти, але можна передбачити можливі ризики та розглянути шляхи вирішення проблем через аналіз та чітке планування. Здобувачкою проаналізовано функціонування системи освіти в умовах воєнного стану, а саме розбудова STEM – середовища. В ході досліджень автором пропонуються іноваційні освітні проєкти в рамках розбудови STEM освітнього середовища, які зазначає в Дорожній карті «Створення сучасного STEM- середовища в закладі загальної середньої освіти». В роботі систематизовано шляхи підвищення ефективності стратегічного планування розвитком закладу загальної середньої освіти; надані рекомендації щодо удосконалення стратегічного управління розвитком закладу загальної середньої освіти в розбудові STEM середовища. В третьому розділі на основі SWOT аналізу розбудови освітнього STEM середовища в ЗГ №51 ЗМР зроблено висновок, що розвиток STEM — освіти в освітньому закладі, є необхідною складовою якісної освіти, що впливає на успішність особистості спрямованої на інтелектуальний, культурний та професійний розвиток.

EN : The object of the study: the process of strategic management of the development of the institution of general secondary education. The subject of research: theoretical-methodical and scientific-practical foundations of strategic management of an educational institution. The purpose of the study: to determine the essence and features of the strategic management of a general secondary education institution, which includes a practical toolkit for forming strategies for the development and competitiveness of educational institutions using the example of the development of a STEM environment, developing recommendations for improving the effectiveness of their management, particularly in wartime and post-war times. The research methods: fundamental provisions of strategic management, general scientific and special methods of understanding economic phenomena and processes, methods of problem and solution trees, SWOT analysis during planning, as well as establishing the characteristics of individual management objects based on knowledge about the development of certain processes and phenomena, methods of analysis and synthesis. In the work of the student, it was determined that given the uniqueness of the various internal and external opportunities of each educational institution, it is not possible to create a universal strategy for the development of the educational institution, but it is possible to foresee possible risks and consider ways to solve problems through analysis and clear planning. The study analyzed the functioning of the education system in the conditions of martial law, namely the development of the STEM environment. In the course of research, the author proposes innovative educational projects within the framework of the development of a STEM educational environment, which he notes in the Roadmap "Creation of a modern STEM environment in an institution of general secondary education". The work systematizes the ways of increasing the effectiveness of strategic planning in the development of a general secondary education institution; provided recommendations on improving the strategic management of the development of the institution of general secondary education in the development of the STEM environment. In the third chapter, based on the SWOT analysis of the development of the educational STEM environment in the OG No. 51 of the Ministry of Education, it was concluded that the development of STEM education in an educational institution is a necessary component of quality education, which affects the success of an individual aimed at intellectual, cultural and professional development.
