ЗТПП в системі формування безпекоорієнтованої зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств регіону

Abstract

UA : Предмет роботи - комплекс теоретичних і практичних аспектів механізму взаємодії торгово-промислової палати з промисловими підприємствами в системі формування безпекоорієнтованої зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств регіону. Об’єкт роботи - Запорізька торгово-промислова палата. Мета роботи - визначення шляхів підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів підприємств інструментами впливу ТПП та розробка пріоритетних напрямків розвитку Запорізької ТПП в системі формування безпекоорієнтованої зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств регіону. Специфіка даного дослідження полягає у послідовному вирішенні наступних завдань: надано характеристику системі інфраструктурного забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств, зокрема, розкривши сутність, нормативно-правове забезпечення, моделі, організаційну структуру, інструменти та послуги торгово-промислових палат; проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку інфраструктурного забезпечення сталого розвитку Запорізької області; здійснено аналіз діяльності Запорізької ТПП як інституту підтримки бізнес-процесів регіональних промислових підприємств; проведено діагностику ефективності підтримки бізнес-процесів промислових підприємств регіону Запорізькою ТПП; досліджено зарубіжний досвід інфраструктурної підтримки малого бізнесу. На підставі проведеного дослідження було запропоновано дієві напрямки вдосконалення механізму взаємодії Запорізької ТПП з промисловими підприємствами у рамках підтримки їх економічної діяльності. Методологічною основою кваліфікаційної роботи є сукупність аналітичних, економіко-статистичних, економіко-математичних та логічних методів. Інформаційною базою дослідження стали: статистична звітність Державного комітету статистики України, Головного управління статистики у Запорізькій області, офіційні звіти національних та міжнародних бізнес-асоціацій, ділові журнали ТПП України, періодичні українські та зарубіжні видання, матеріали Інтернет-джерел, результати опитування. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці перспективних пріоритетних напрямків діяльності ЗТПП які можуть бути застосовані у контексті розвитку послуг палати.

EN : The subject of the work is a complex of theoretical and practical aspects of the mechanism of the interaction of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry with industrial enterprises in the system of formation of security-oriented foreign economic activity of enterprises of the region. Object of work - Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The purpose of the work is to determine the ways to increase the efficiency of business processes of enterprises using the tools of influence of the TPP and to develop the priority directions of development of the Zaporizhzhya TPP in the system of forming security-oriented foreign economic activities of the region's enterprises. The specificity of this study consists in the consistent solution of the following tasks: the system of infrastructural support for the sustainable development of enterprises is characterized, in particular, by revealing the essence, regulatory and legal support, models, organizational structure, tools and services of chambers of commerce and industry; the current state of development of infrastructural support for sustainable development of the Zaporizhzhia region is analyzed; an analysis of the activity of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an institution supporting business processes of regional industrial enterprises was carried out; diagnostics of the effectiveness of business process support of industrial enterprises of the region by the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry were carried out; the foreign experience of infrastructural support for small businesses was studied. On the basis of the conducted research, effective directions for improving the mechanism of interaction of the Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry with industrial enterprises in the framework of supporting their economic activities were proposed. The methodological basis of the qualification work is a set of analytical, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical and logical methods. The information base of the research was: statistical reporting of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the Main Department of Statistics in the Zaporizhia Region, official reports of national and international business associations, business journals of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, Ukrainian and foreign periodicals, materials from Internet sources, survey results. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of promising priority areas of activity of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which can be applied in the context of the development of the chamber's services.
