Управління проєктами в системі бізнес-процесів комерційного підприємства

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – комерційне приватне підприємство «Ді Пі Ай» та його бізнес-процеси. Предмет дослідження – планування, організація та реалізація проєкту оптимізації постачань комерційного приватного підприємства «ДіПіАй». Мета дослідження – обґрунтування на прикладі досліджуваного приватного підприємства «ДіПіАй» проєкту управління закупівлями фірми та визначення шляхів їх удосконалення. Методи дослідження – системний, статистичного моделювання, графоаналітичний. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних завдань: проаналізувати теоретичні основи управління бізнес-процесами комерційного підприємства; визначити сутність та складові комерційної діяльності; виокремити особливості проєктної діяльності в системі бізнес-процесів комерційного підприємства; вивчити методику визначення ефективності проєктів комерційного підприємства; надати загально-організаційну характеристика ПП «ДіПіАй»; визначити особливості комерційної та проєктної діяльності ПП «ДіПіАй», а також охарактеризувати стратегічне співробітництво у проєктах ПП «Ді Пі Ай»; обґрунтувати проєкт оптимізації постачань ПП «ДІПІАЙ». Інформаційною базою дослідження є основні положення менеджменту, закони України, постанови, рішення уряду найважливіших питань організації і регулювання імпортної діяльності підприємства в ринкових умовах. При постановці проблеми та аналізі існуючих підходів до її вирішення було використано наукову, економічну й довідкову літературу, труди провідних вітчизняних і зарубіжних економістів, періодичні економічні та фінансові видання України, також звітні данні приватного підприємства «ДіПіАй». Практичне значення даної роботи полягає у тому, що основні її положення доведено до рівня методичних рекомендацій, які використані приватним підприємством «ДіПіАй» для удосконалення системи імпортних закупівель.

EN : The object of the study is the commercial private enterprise "Di Pi Ai" and its business processes. The subject of the study is the planning, organization and implementation of the supply optimization project of the commercial private enterprise "DiPiAi". The purpose of the study is to justify the company's procurement management project on the example of the investigated private enterprise "DiPiAi" and to determine the ways of their improvement. Research methods - systematic, statistical modeling, graphoanalytical. The specificity of the work consists in solving the following tasks: to analyze the theoretical foundations of business process management of a commercial enterprise; determine the essence and components of commercial activity; distinguish the peculiarities of project activity in the system of business processes of a commercial enterprise; to study the methodology of determining the effectiveness of projects of a commercial enterprise; to provide general organizational characteristics of PE "DiPiAy"; to determine the peculiarities of commercial and project activities of PE "DiPiAi", as well as to characterize strategic cooperation in projects of PE "DiPiAi"; justify the project of optimization of supplies of PE "DIPIAY". The information base of the research is the main provisions of management, laws of Ukraine, resolutions, government decisions on the most important issues of organization and regulation of the enterprise's import activities in market conditions. Scientific, economic and reference literature, works of leading domestic and foreign economists, periodic economic and financial publications of Ukraine, as well as reporting data of the private enterprise "DiPiAy" were used in the formulation of the problem and the analysis of existing approaches to its solution. The practical significance of this work is that its main provisions have been brought to the level of methodical recommendations, which are used by the private enterprise "DiPiA" to improve the import procurement system.
