Діджиталізація в системі менеджменту бізнес-процесів виробничого підприємства за умов сингуляторності

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: сучасні методи управління поліграфічним підприємством в контексті діджиталізації бізнес-процесів в умовах сингулярності. Об’єкт дослідження: інвестиційний проект ПП «Фірма «Дінас» у розробку та впровадження АСУ бізнес-процесів поліграфічного підприємства. Мета роботи – проаналізувати економічну ефективність впровадженої АСУПП та виявити перспективні напрямки автоматизації бізнес-процесів на ПП «Фірма «Дінас». Методи дослідження: статистичного аналізу, експертних оцінок, математичного модулювання, методи управління бізнес-процесами в системі оперативно-тактичного і стратегічного менеджменту поліграфічного підприємства. Специфіка роботи – у детальному аналізі напрямків розвитку сучасних АСУПП та виявлені напрямків, маючих суттєвий економічний ефект. Під час написання роботи було проведено аналіз провідних АСУПП на вітчизняному ринку, а саме напрямки розвитку в автоматизації бізнес-процесів, проаналізована економічна ефективність впровадження АСУПП власної розробки; виявлені перспективні напрямки розвитку АСУПП на ПП «Фірма «Дінас», розроблено рекомендації щодо ефективного впровадження нових модулів АСУПП на ПП «Фірма «Дінас». Теоретичну і методологічну основу дослідження склали наукові праці вітчизняних і зарубіжних авторів в області виробничого менеджменту, матеріали наукових конференцій, галузеві інструкції та методичні рекомендації, матеріали періодичної преси, статистичні дані. Достовірність та обґрунтованість наукових положень і висновків, сформульованих у дослідженні, обумовлені використанням математичного апарату і сучасних програмних засобів лінійного і цілочисельного програмування, регресійного та кластерного аналізу. Новизна роботи полягає в виявлені сучасних напрямків розвитку АСУПП відносно до особливостей підприємства на основі оцінки економічної ефективності та цілісності бізнес-процесів поліграфічного підприємства.

EN : The subject of the study: modern methods of managing a printing company in the context of digitalization of business processes in conditions of singularity. The object of the study: the investment project of PE "Firma "Dinas" in the development and implementation of ACS of business processes of a printing company. The purpose of the work is to analyze the economic efficiency of the implemented automated control system and to identify promising directions for automating business processes at the Dinas Firm. Research methods: statistical analysis, expert evaluations, mathematical modulation, business process management methods in the system of operational-tactical and strategic management of a printing company. The specificity of the work is in the detailed analysis of the directions of development of modern automated control systems and the identified directions that have a significant economic effect. During the writing of the work, an analysis of the leading automatic control systems on the domestic market was carried out, namely, the directions of development in the automation of business processes, the economic efficiency of the introduction of automatic control systems of our own development was analyzed; promising directions for the development of automatic control systems at PE "Firma "Dinas" were identified, recommendations were developed for the effective implementation of new automatic control modules at PE "Firma "Dinas". The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was made up of scientific works of domestic and foreign authors in the field of production management, materials of scientific conferences, industry instructions and methodical recommendations, materials of the periodical press, statistical data. The reliability and validity of the scientific statements and conclusions formulated in the study are due to the use of mathematical apparatus and modern software tools of linear and integer programming, regression and cluster analysis. The novelty of the work lies in the discovery of modern directions for the development of automated control systems in relation to the characteristics of the enterprise based on the assessment of the economic efficiency and integrity of the business processes of the printing enterprise.
