Формування та розвиток адаптивного управління бізнес-процесами аграрного підприємства

Abstract

UA : Предметом дослідження: теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти формування та розвитку адаптаційного управління аграрного підприємництва. Об’єктом дослідження: бізнес-процеси аграрного підприємництва в умовах вітчизняної економіки. Мета дослідження: визначення, на основі аналізу діяльності аграрного підприємства ПП «Башинська Т.С.» та стану ринку, основних шляхів підвищення ефективності його діяльності. Методи дослідження: історичний, аналізу і синтезу, індукції та дедукції, графічний і табличний методи, наукового абстрагування, узагальнення. Специфіка роботи полягає у формулюванні, систематизації, теоретико-методичному обґрунтуванні та практичному вирішенні завдань щодо вдосконалення бізнес-процесів компанії у системі менеджменту підприємств агропромислового комплексу України. У роботі було систематизовано та проаналізовано теоретичні та практичні аспекти менеджменту малого бізнесу в Україні; з’ясовано сутність і складові стратегій та політики адаптації підприємства малого бізнесу; визначено особливості реалізації його стратегії; проаналізовано політику експорту одного з підприємств малого бізнесу агропромислового комплексу України - ПП «Башинська Т.С.» та визначено її ефективність; досліджено фактори, що впливають на ефективність функціональної політики експорту ПП «Башинська Т.С.»; здійснено АВС аналіз та визначено перспективних зарубіжних партнерів компанії ПП «Башинська Т.С.». На основі чого запропоновано напрямки вдосконалення функціональної політики підприємства малого бізнесу. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні рекомендацій щодо формування напрямків вдосконалення бізнес-процесів агропромислового підприємства, що діє на ринку зернових культур.

EN : The subject of the research: theoretical-methodical and applied aspects of the formation and development of adaptive management of agrarian entrepreneurship. The object of the study: business processes of agrarian entrepreneurship in the conditions of the domestic economy. The purpose of the research: determination, based on the analysis of the activity of the agricultural enterprise PE "Bashynska T.S." and the state of the market, the main ways of improving the efficiency of its activity. Research methods: historical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, graphical and tabular methods, scientific abstraction, generalization. The specificity of the work consists in the formulation, systematization, theoretical and methodological substantiation and practical solution of tasks related to the improvement of the company's business processes in the management system of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The work systematized and analyzed the theoretical and practical aspects of small business management in Ukraine; the essence and components of the strategies and policies of adaptation of a small business enterprise are clarified; the specifics of the implementation of its strategy are determined; the export policy of one of the small business enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine - PE "Bashynska TS" was analyzed and its effectiveness is determined; factors affecting the effectiveness of the functional export policy of Bashynska T.S. PE were investigated; ABC analysis was carried out and promising foreign partners of the Bashynska T.S. PE company were identified. On the basis of this, directions for improving the functional policy of a small business enterprise are proposed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of recommendations regarding the formation of directions for improving the business processes of an agro-industrial enterprise operating on the grain market.
