Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження - компанія ТОВ «Група «МТС», що здійснює виробничу та посередницьку діяльність на ринку електротехнічного обладнання. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методологічні, наукові та прикладні положення комерційної діяльності експортоорієнтованого підприємства ТОВ «Група «МТС». Мета роботи – обґрунтування перспективних напрямків підвищення ефективності менеджменту комерційної діяльності експортоорієнтованого підприємства, що діє на ринку електротехнічного обладнання. Методи дослідження статистичний, метод порівнянь, економіко-математичне моделювання. Специфіка роботи полягає у дослідженні системи менеджменту комерційної діяльності підприємства – суб’єкта ЗЕД на ринку електротехнічного обладнання. Для досягнення встановленої мети у роботі вирішено наступні задачі: досліджено теоретичні основи управління комерційною діяльністю експортоорієнтованого підприємства; здійснено аналіз менеджменту комерційної діяльності компанії – експортера ТОВ «Група «МТС»; виконано стратегічний аналіз перспектив розвитку ТОВ «Група «МТС» на вітчизняному та міжнародному ринках електротехнічної продукції. У роботі розроблено, на основі здійсненого аналізу, основні напрямки вдосконалення системи менеджменту комерційної діяльності ТОВ «Група «МТС» за рахунок вдосконалення вибору постачальників компанії та застосування сучасних концепцій процесів товароруху у експортній діяльності компанії ТОВ «Група «МТС». Практична значущість даного дослідження полягає у розробці рекомендацій щодо можливих перспективних сегментів міжнародного ринку електротехнічної продукції, що можуть бути застосовані для вдосконалення підприємницької діяльності та поліпшення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Група «МТС» на міжнародному ринку. На основі виконаного дослідження визначено основні перспективні напрями вдосконалення менеджменту комерційної діяльності компанії – суб’єкта ЗЕД ТОВ «Група «МТС».

Subject of research - theoretical-methodological, scientific and applied provisions of commercial activity of the export-oriented enterprise of LLC "MTS Group". The purpose of the work is to substantiate the perspective directions of increasing the efficiency of the management of commercial activity of the export-oriented enterprise operating on the market of electrical equipment. Methods of statistical research, method of comparisons, economic-mathematical modeling. The specificity of the work is to study the system of management of commercial activity of the enterprise - the subject of foreign economic activity in the market of electrical equipment. In order to achieve the set goal, the following tasks were solved: the theoretical bases of management of commercial activity of an export-oriented enterprise were investigated; An analysis of the management of commercial activity of the company - the exporter of LLC "MTS Group"; A strategic analysis of the development prospects of LLC "MTS Group" in the domestic and international markets of electrical products has been carried out. In the work, based on the analysis carried out, the main directions of improvement of the system of management of commercial activity of LLC "MTS Group" were developed through the improvement of the choice of suppliers of the company and the application of modern concepts of the processes of commodity circulation in the export activities of LLC "MTS Group" LLC. The practical significance of this study is to develop recommendations for possible prospective segments of the international market of electrical products that can be used to improve business activity and improve the competitiveness of LLC "MTS Group" in the international market. On the basis of the performed research, the main prospective directions of improving the management of the commercial activity of the company - the entity of foreign economic activity LLC "Group MTS".
