Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процеси стратегічного управління розвитком закладу вищої освіти - Запорізького національного університету. Предмет дослідження: теоретичні, практичні та науково-методичні аспекти формування механізму стратегічного управління розвитком Запорізького національного університету. Мета роботи: обґрунтування стратегії розвитку закладу вищої освіти Запорізького національного університету в умовах турбулентності. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи пізнання об’єктивної природи явищ та процесів: аналіз та синтез, індукція та дедукція; методи логічного узагальнення. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних задач: визначено сутність та складові стратегічного розвитку закладу вищої освіти; проаналізовано місце вищої освіти України в контексті розбудови економіки знань; досліджено конкурентне середовище Запорізького національного університету; надано характеристику потенціал стратегічного розвитку Запорізького національного університету; здійснено стратегічне планування розвитку Запорізького національного університету; виявлено ключові фактори впливу на стратегічний розвиток Запорізького національного університету. Інформаційною базою дослідження є нормативно-правові документи в системі регулювання діяльності вищих навчальних закладів України; офіційні дані Державної служби статистики і Міністерства освіти та науки України; фундаментальні дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених з питань управління ЗВО та інноваційного розвитку суб’єктів господарювання. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у поглибленні теоретико-методологічних основ і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи управління інноваційним розвитком вищого навчального закладу. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці методично-прикладних засад організації системи управління інноваційним розвитком закладу вищої освіти Запорізький національний університет.

EN : The object of the study: the processes of strategic management of the development of the institution of higher education - Zaporizhzhia National University. The subject of the research: theoretical, practical and scientific-methodological aspects of the formation of the mechanism of strategic management of the development of the Zaporizhia National University. The purpose of the work: substantiation of the development strategy of the higher education institution of Zaporizhzhya National University in turbulent conditions. Research methods: general scientific and special methods of learning the objective nature of phenomena and processes: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; methods of logical generalization. The specificity of the work consists in solving the following main tasks: the essence and components of the strategic development of the higher education institution are determined; the place of higher education in Ukraine in the context of the development of the knowledge economy is analyzed; the competitive environment of the Zaporizhia National University was investigated; the potential of strategic development of the Zaporizhia National University is described; strategic planning of the development of the Zaporizhia National University was carried out; key factors influencing the strategic development of the Zaporizhia National University were identified. The information base of the research is normative and legal documents in the system of regulating the activity of higher educational institutions of Ukraine; official data of the State Statistics Service and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; fundamental research of domestic and foreign scientists on the management of higher education institutions and innovative development of economic entities. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of a management system for the innovative development of a higher educational institution. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of methodical and applied principles for the organization of the innovative development management system of the higher education institution Zaporizhzhia National University.
