Особливості методики навчання міні-тенісу учнів 1-2 класів

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота – 75 сторінок, 6 таблиць, 12 рисунків, додаток, 53 джерел посилань. Об’єкт дослідження – навчально-тренувальний процес з міні-тенісу учнів молодших класів на етапі початкової підготовки. Мета дослідження – теоретично й експериментально обґрунтувати методику побудови занять з міні-тенісу учнів 1-2 класів на етапі початкової підготовки. Методи дослідження – теоретичні: аналіз та узагальнення наукової та методичної літератури з проблеми дослідження; педагогічні спостереження за процесом фізичного виховання учнів молодших класів; діагностичні зрізи фізичного розвитку та рухової підготовленості учнів 1-2 класів; педагогічний експеримент; кількісний і якісний аналіз експериментальних даних. Аналіз зарубіжної наукової, навчальної і методичної літератури показав, що міні-теніс в системі організації та проведення навчально-тренувального процесу є ефективним засобом в формуванні інтересу до занять та позитивно впливає на формування техніки та тактики гри у дітей віком 6-7 років. Однак, у вітчизняній літературі та програмі ДЮСШ з тенісу відсутня інформація щодо методики організації та проведення навчально-тренувальних занять з міні-тенісу. Визначено та підтверджено позитивний вплив занять тенісом на функціонування серцево-судинної системи, оскільки як у контрольній та в експериментальній групі рівень її функціонування збільшився. Проходження семінару, а також результати анкетування тренерів, які працюють з дітьми на початковому етапі дозволило узагальнити та розробити авторську методику з міні-тенісу.

The object of the research is the construction of a mini-tennis training process for junior school students at the stage of initial training. The purpose of the study is to theoretically and experimentally substantiate the methodology of building mini-tennis classes for students of grades 1-2 at the stage of initial training. Research methods are theoretical: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature on the research problem; pedagogical observations of the process of physical education of students of lower grades; diagnostic sections of physical development and motor readiness of students in grades 1-2; pedagogical experiment; quantitative and qualitative analysis of experimental data. The analysis of foreign scientific, educational and methodical literature showed that mini-tennis in the system of organizing and conducting the educational and training process is an effective means of forming interest in classes and has a positive effect on the formation of technique and game tactics in children aged 6-7 years. However, there is no information on the methodology of organizing and conducting mini-tennis educational and training classes in the domestic literature and the tennis program of the Junior High School of Tennis. The positive influence of tennis on the functioning of the cardiovascular system was determined and confirmed, since the level of its functioning increased both in the control and in the experimental group. Passing the seminar, as well as the results of the questionnaire of coaches who work with children at the initial stage, made it possible to generalize and develop the author's methodology for mini-tennis.
