Реінжиніринг в системі управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємства

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів реалізації процесу планування та модернізації системи рінжинірингу бізнес-процесів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження: система управління підприємства-суб’єкта ЗЕД ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Мета дослідження: визначення перспективних напрямків модернізації системи реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства машинобудівної галузі та підвищення її ефективності. Методи дослідження: аналізу, синтезу, порівняння, абстрагування та аналогії. Специфіка роботи полягає у формуванні перспективних напрямків реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності провідного підприємства машинобудівної галузі України – ПАТ «Мотор Січ», основаних на детальному аналізі фінансового стану підприємства, а також у проведені оцінки привабливості ринкових сегментів, визначенні цільового ринку. Під час написання роботи було визначено сутність та складові системи управління підприємством та її організація. Проведено оцінку спроможності ПАТ «Мотор Січ» до ефективного функціонування в ринковому сегменті, а саме: рівень інформованості покупців про товар, ціни режим роботи підприємств; ступінь залежності продавця від покупця; прихильність покупців до товарів підприємства; відповідність асортименту товарів вимогам покупців; прийнятність ціни товарів; відповідність якості товарів, що реалізуються, до вимог покупців. Здійснено аналізи SWOT та PEST з метою визначення сильних і слабких сторін підприємства та стратегії зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ» яка є сукупністю перспективних планів і завдань. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці пропозицій що до удосконалення системи реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, а також підвищення її ефективності засобами реінжинірингу, які можуть бути використані у практичній діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ».

EN : The subject of the research: a set of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the implementation of the process of planning and modernization of the re-engineering system of the business processes of the enterprise's foreign economic activity. The object of the study: the management system of the enterprise-subject of ZED PJSC "Motor Sich". The purpose of the research: determination of prospective directions of modernization of the system of reengineering of business processes of foreign economic activity of the enterprise of the machine-building industry and improvement of its efficiency. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction and analogy. The specificity of the work consists in the formation of promising directions for the reengineering of the business processes of the foreign economic activity of the leading enterprise of the machine-building industry of Ukraine - PJSC "Motor Sich", based on a detailed analysis of the financial state of the enterprise, as well as in the assessment of the attractiveness of market segments and the definition of the target market. During the writing of the work, the essence and components of the enterprise management system and its organization were determined. The ability of PJSC "Motor Sich" to function effectively in the market segment was evaluated, namely: the level of awareness of buyers about the product, prices, the mode of operation of enterprises; the degree of dependence of the seller on the buyer; customer loyalty to the company's products; conformity of the assortment of goods to the requirements of buyers; acceptability of the price of goods; compliance of the quality of the goods sold with the requirements of buyers. SWOT and PEST analyzes were carried out in order to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and the strategy of foreign economic activity of Motor Sich PJSC, which is a set of long-term plans and tasks. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of proposals for improving the system of reengineering business processes of foreign economic activity, as well as increasing its effectiveness by means of reengineering, which can be used in the practical activities of Motor Sich PJSC.
