Формування системи мотивації персоналу підприємства

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 99 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 14 таблиць, 9 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 13 іноземною мовою. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних особливостей системи мотивації праці робітників підприємства та розробка пропозицій щодо її удосконалення. В ході написання кваліфікаційної роботи необхідно виконати наступні завдання: визначити мотивуючи фактори управління персоналом; узагальнити причини та засоби застосування мотивації праці; виявити вплив факторів мотивації на продуктивність виконання робіт персоналу; підкреслити значення матеріального стимулювання при ефективному управлінні персоналом; охарактеризувати загальні відомості про ТОВ «Корпорація Маєр»;проаналізувати фінансово-економічну діяльності ТОВ «Корпорація Маєр»; оцінити управління мотивацією праці робітників ТОВ «Корпорація Маєр»; розробити пропозиції щодо покращення управління мотивацією праці робітників ТОВ «Корпорація Маєр»; оцінити ефективність системи мотивації праці. Об’єктом при написанні роботи є економічна діяльність Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Корпорація Маєр». В роботі використовувались методи аналізу, синтезу, порівняння, збору інформації як статистичної, так і бухгалтерської звітності підприємства. За допомогою комп’ютерних програм Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word здійснювалось оформлення роботи.

The purpose of the qualification work is to summarize the theoretical features of the system of labor motivation of employees of the enterprise and to develop proposals for its improvement. In the course of writing the qualification work, the following tasks must be completed: identify the motivating factors of personnel management; summarize the reasons and means of applying labor motivation; identify the impact of motivation factors on the productivity of personnel; emphasize the importance of material incentives in effective personnel management; describe general information about Mayer Corporation LLC; analyze the financial and economic activities of Mayer Corporation LLC; evaluate the management of labor motivation of employees of Mayer Corporation LLC; evaluate the management of labor motivation of employees of Mayer Corporation LLC. The object of this work is the economic activity of the Limited Liability Company "Mayer Corporation". The subject of the paper is the motivation of employees of Mayer Corporation LLC. Mayer Corporation LLC is endowed with civil legal capacity and legal capacity, and in order to achieve the purpose of its statutory activities, it may enter into transactions on its own behalf, acquire property rights, bear obligations, and be a plaintiff and defendant in court. The Company shall be governed in its activities by the applicable laws, this Charter, and internal local regulations. The Company is a legal entity from the date of its state registration, has an independent balance sheet, opens current, foreign currency and other accounts in banking institutions in accordance with the procedure 6 provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, has round seals, corner and other stamps with its name, other details and a letterhead. The Company independently establishes the form and system of remuneration, the amount of salary, as well as other types of employee income. The financial result of the economic activity of any enterprise is its profitability, which is characterized by absolute and relative indicators. The methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and collection of information from both statistical and financial statements of the company were used in the work. The work was formalized with the help of computer programs Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
