Моделювання бізнес-процесів у сфері надання офтальмологічних послуг

Abstract

UA : У роботі досліджено роль та значення сфери медичних послуг в економіці України, значення, функції та особливості офтальмологічних послуг у розвитку економіки медичної сфери, виявлено та проаналізовано існуючі проблеми в організації надання офтальмологічних послуг. Проведено огляд основних моделей бізнес-процесів у сфері надання медичних послуг та методів моделювання бізнес-процесів, проаналізовано види існуючих інформаційних систем, що використовуються у сфері надання медичних послуг а також розглянуто можливості одної з існуючих інформаційних систем управління в сфері надання офтальмологічних послуг – ІСУ «MIS 1.0». В результаті аналізу побудувано концептуальну модель бізнес-процесу формування траєкторії обслуговування в офтальмологічній клініці, для удосконалення цього бізнес-процесу розроблено модель на базі використання методології IDEF0 в середовищі моделювання BPwin, запропоновано метод анкетування як засіб оцінювання та моніторингу рівня задоволеності клієнтів, обгрунтовано оцінки її економічної ефективності.

EN : The research investigates the role and importance of the healthcare sector in the economy of Ukraine, the significance, functions and features of ophthalmic services in the development of the healthcare economy, identifies and analyses the existing problems in the organization of ophthalmic services. The article reviews the main models of business processes in the field of medical services and methods of business process modelling, analyses the types of existing information systems used in the field of medical services and considers the capabilities of one of the existing management information systems in the field of ophthalmic services – MIS 1.0. As a result of the analysis, the article builds a conceptual model of the business process of forming a service trajectory in an ophthalmological clinic, develops a model based on the IDEF0 methodology in the BPwin modelling environment to improve this business process, proposes a survey method as a means of assessing and monitoring the level of customer satisfaction, and substantiates the assessment of its economic efficiency.
