Abstract

UA : У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра проведено аналіз та описано основні аспекти бізнес-моделювання стартап-проектів. Робота охоплює детальний огляд різних видів, особливостей та структур бізнес-моделей, акцентуючи на тому, як ці елементи впливають на успіх стартапів. Також у роботі розкрито сутність, етапи розвитку та життєвий цикл стартап-проектів, висвітлюючи ключові моменти їх розвитку і потенційні виклики. Розглянуто підходи до бізнес-моделювання стартапів, в тому числі їх роль у процесі створення та розвитку проектів. У роботі акцентовано на важливості бізнес-моделювання як основи для успішного запуску та зростання стартапів. Досліджено сучасні методики та інструменти бізнес-моделювання, що застосовуються в стартап-проектах, а також детально описано інструменти та джерела державної підтримки стартапів. Остання частина роботи присвячена розробці стартап-проекту для школярів «Growing Minds». У цьому розділі представлено загальну характеристику та ключові особливості проекту, обговорено стратегії фінансування з акцентом на залучення коштів з державного бюджету, а також оцінено ефективність проекту та можливі ризики. Робота також включає аналіз можливих ризиків, пов'язаних із розвитком та впровадженням стартапу «Growing Minds», та пропонує стратегії для їх усунення. Аналіз ризиків виявився надзвичайно важливим для забезпечення сталого розвитку проекту та мінімізації потенційних загроз.

EN : The master's thesis analyzes and describes the main aspects of business modeling of startup projects. The work covers a detailed overview of the various types, features, and structures of business models, focusing on how these elements affect the success of startups. The paper also reveals the essence, stages of development and life cycle of startup projects, highlighting the key points of their development and potential challenges. Approaches to business modeling of startups are considered, including their role in the process of creating and developing projects. The paper emphasizes the importance of business modeling as a basis for the successful launch and growth of startups. The author examines modern methods and tools of business modeling used in startup projects, and describes in detail the tools and sources of state support for startups. The last part of the paper is devoted to the development of the Growing Minds startup project for schoolchildren. This section presents a general description and key features of the project, discusses financing strategies with a focus on raising funds from the state budget, and assesses the project's effectiveness and possible risks. The paper also includes an analysis of possible risks associated with the development and implementation of the Growing Minds startup and suggests strategies to address them. The risk analysis proved to be extremely important for ensuring the sustainable development of the project and minimizing potential threats.
