Напрямки оптимізації витрат робочого часу на ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс»

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних та практичних аспектів комплексної оцінки робочого часу в системі управління персоналом. Метою роботи є розробка заходів щодо вдосконалення системи робочого часу. Об’єктом роботи є оцінка робочого часу в ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс». Предметом роботи є вдосконалення оцінки робочого часу в ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс». Методи досліджень - описовий, порівняльний, статистичний аналіз, включаючи рейтинговий. Дана тема є актуальною, оскільки при вивченні трудових процесів та розробці норм праці необхідно визначити, які витрати робочого часу є необхідними, мають бути регламентовані та включені до норми, а які вважаються зайвими, не раціональними витратами та збитками. Для цього робочий час класифікується, тобто розподіляється на окремі категорії за певними ознаками. Вивчення витрат робочого часу має велике значення, оскільки на основі інформації, отриманої в результаті його дослідження, вирішується більшість завдань, пов’язаних з організацією праці та її нормуванням. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи було розглянуто теоретичні засади системи робочого часу; проаналізовано класифікацію витрат робочого часу та основні методи дослідження цих витрат у персоналу організації; У другому розділі досліджено витрати робочого часу персоналу ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс»; розглянуто аналіз системи управління персоналом, а також аналіз витрат робочого часу персоналу в ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс». У третьому розділі запропоновано план заходів з оптимізації витрат робочого часу персоналу в ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс». У процесі вивчення та аналізу роботи ТОВ «УкрТорг Плюс» були виявлені проблеми та фактори, що негативно впливають на ефективність використання робочого часу персоналу. Для боротьби з цими проблемами та факторами були запропоновані та розроблені наступні заходи:  Провести тренінг по тайм-менеджменту і особистому плануванню для співробітників.  Здійснити програмну та апаратну оптимізацію комп’ютерної техніки.  Замінити браузер для поліпшення швидкості завантаження сторінок та роботи в мережі Інтернет. Внаслідок виконання цих заходів помітно знизилося кількість порушень під час роботи персоналу, усунуто недостатню оперативність роботи комп’ютерної техніки, збільшилась швидкість Інтернет-з’єднання.

EN : Research subject: the combination of theoretical and practical aspects of comprehensive time management in personnel management systems. The objective of the study is to develop measures to improve the time management system. The research object is the evaluation of working time at LLC «UkrTorg Plus.» The subject of the study is the improvement of the evaluation of working time at LLC «UkrTorg Plus.» Research methods include descriptive, comparative, and statistical analysis, including ranking. The chosen topic is relevant because, in the study of labor processes and the development of labor standards, it is necessary to determine which expenditures of working time are necessary, should be regulated, and included in the norm, and which are considered unnecessary, irrational expenditures, and losses. For this purpose, working time is classified, i.e., distributed into separate categories based on specific features. The study of working time expenditures is of great importance because, based on the information obtained from its research, most tasks related to labor organization and regulation are solved. The first section of the thesis explores the theoretical foundations of the time management system, analyzes the classification of working time expenditures, and examines the main methods of researching these expenditures in the organization’s personnel. In the second section, the working time expenditures of the personnel at LLC «UkrTorg Plus» are investigated. The analysis includes a review of the personnel management system and an examination of the working time expenditures of the personnel at LLC «UkrTorg Plus.» The third section proposes a plan of measures to optimize the working time expenditures of the personnel at LLC «UkrTorg Plus.» During the study and analysis of the work at LLC «UkrTorg Plus,» problems and factors negatively affecting the efficiency of personnel’s time usage were identified. To address these problems and factors, the following measures were proposed and developed:  Conduct training on time management and personal planning for employees.  Implement software and hardware optimization of computer equipment.  Replace the browser to improve page loading speed and internet performance. As a result of implementing these measures, the number of disruptions during personnel work decreased significantly, inadequate operational performance of computer equipment was eliminated, and internet connection speed increased.
