Реалізація системи проектного управління

Abstract

UA : Актуальність досліджуваної теми обумовлена стрімким розвитком галузі інформаційних технологій. Завдяки постійному зростанню конкуренції, необхідно забезпечити високий рівень управління проектами для успішного функціонування та подальшого розвитку підприємства. Знання і ефективне використання інформаційних технологій, а також розуміння тенденцій на ринку значно підвищують продуктивність праці, відкривають нові можливості і дозволяють підтримати конкурентоспроможність підприємств на ринку. Враховуючи це, виникає потреба в розробці механізмів для покращення організації процесу управління проектами на підприємстві. Метою роботи є створення рекомендацій з покращення управління проектними процесами в IT-компанію ТОВ «Бері». Профіль діяльності компанії - розробка мобільних додатків на платформах iOS та Android. Основні завдання, що були розкриті у роботі: вивчення теоретичних аспектів управління проектами в IT-компаніях; аналіз поточної фінансово-економічної діяльності ТОВ «Бері»; аналіз особливостей поточної та бажаної ситуації щодо управління проєктами ТОВ «Бері»; опис та вдосконалення процесу дій з управління в ТОВ «Бері» проектами згідно з методологією Scrum; створення набору програмного забезпечення для полегшення роботи з управління проектами за методологією Scrum. Практичне значення одержаних результатів, викладених у роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра, полягає у розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо обґрунтування механізму вдосконалення управління проекту, а також ефективності використання інформаційних ситем. Наукові положення роботи доведено до рівня методичних рекомендацій, які можуть бути використані у діяльності фірми. Апробацію запропонованих положень висвітлено у наукових конференціях та фаховій статті.

EN : The relevance of the research topic is driven by the rapid development of the information technology industry. Due to the constant increase in competition, it is essential to ensure a high level of project management for the successful functioning and development of the enterprise. Knowledge and effective utilization of information technologies, as well as an understanding of market trends, significantly enhance labor productivity, open up new opportunities, and enable enterprises to maintain competitiveness in the market. Consequently, there is a need to develop mechanisms to enhance the organization of project management processes within the enterprise. The objective of this work is to provide recommendations for improving project management processes in the IT company "Beri" that specializes in mobile app development on iOS and Android platforms. The main tasks addressed in the research include the study of theoretical aspects of project management in IT companies, an analysis of the current financial and economic performance of "Beri," an examination of the current and desired situations regarding project management at "Beri," a description and improvement of the project management process at "Beri" using the Scrum methodology, and the development of software tools to facilitate project management according to the Scrum methodology. The practical significance of the obtained results presented in this thesis, which leads to the attainment of a master's degree, lies in the development of practical recommendations for justifying the mechanism of project management improvement and the effective use of information systems. The scientific findings of this work have been elevated to the level of methodological recommendations that can be utilized in the company's operations. The validation of the proposed findings is documented through participation in academic conferences and a professional article.
