Стратегія забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти управління сталим розвитком аграрного підприємства. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних забезпечення ефективного розробки конкурентної стратегії аграрного підприємства. Мета дослідження: визначення сутності підходів та надання практичних рекомендації щодо вдосконалення стратегії сталого розвитку «Садок». Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, системний підхід формалізації та економіко-математичного моделювання. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних задач: здійснено аналіз теоретичних основ управління сталим розвитком, а саме визначено роль управління сталим розвитком як структурного елементу механізму управління, здійснено аналіз поняття сталий розвиток та визначено його сутність та зміст, проаналізовано особливості реалізації та контролю результатів фінансово-економічних проектів в процесі розвитку підприємства. В другому розділі здійснено аналіз сталого розвитку підприємства агробізнесу «Садок» та визначено його ефективності, а також надано загальну характеристику «Садок», досліджено організаційне забезпечення сталого розвитку «Садок». На підставі аналізу визначено напрямки вдосконалення стратегії сталого розвитку «Садок».

EN : Object of research: theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of managing the sustainable development of an agrarian enterprise. The subject of research: a set of theoretical, methodical and practical provision of effectivedevelopment of a competitive strategy of an agrarian enterprise. The purpose of the study: to determine the essence of the approaches and to provide practical recommendations for improving the sustainable development strategy of "Sadok". Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, systematic approach of formalization and economic-mathematical modeling. The specificity of the work consists in solving the following main tasks: an analysis of the theoretical foundations of sustainable development management was carried out, namely, the role of sustainable development management as a structural element of the management mechanism was determined, an analysis of the concept of sustainable development was carried out and its essence and content were determined, the peculiarities of the implementation and control of financial results were analyzed economic projects in the process of enterprise development. In the second chapter, an analysis of the sustainable development of the agribusiness enterprise "Sadok" was carried out and its effectiveness was determined, as well as the general characteristics of "Sadok" were given, organizational support for the sustainable development of "Sadok" was investigated. Based on the analysis, directions for improving the sustainable development strategy of "Sadok" have been determined.
