Формування системи аудиту персоналу на підриємстві

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 97 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 13 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 66 джерел, з них 11 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування системи аудиту персоналу на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є процес формування системи аудиту персоналу на підриємстві. Метою магістерської роботи є систематизація та розвиток теоретико методологічних положень формування системи аудиту персоналу на підриємстві та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження системи аудиту персонала на ПП «Вікнабудсервіс». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, маркетингового, економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення даних та ін. У процесі дослідження одержано такі наукові результати: 1) визначено сутність та поняття аудиту персоналу; 2) досліджено сфери та інструменти проведення аудиту персоналу; 3) розглянуто процесс формування системи аудиту персоналу; 4) здійснена загальна характеристика діяльності ПП «Вікнабудсервіс»; 5) здійснено аналіз структури й складу персоналу ПП «Вікнабудсервіс», 6) проаналізувано систему розвитку та навчання кадрів ПП «Вікнабудсервіс»; 7) розроблено рекомендації щодо формування системи аудиту персоналу ПП «Вікнабудсервіс», 8) розроблено рекомендації впровадження системи атестації персонала ПП «Вікнабудсервіс». Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає в розробленні та обґрунтуванні системи аудиту персоналу для приватного підприємства 5 «Вікнабудсервіс», з використанням аналітичного підходу, який дозволяє враховувати особливості посад та умови їх виконання. Значення результатів наукового дослідження полягає в тому, що розроблені рекомендації дають можливість підприємству малого і середнього бізнесу максимально ефективно використовувати трудовий потенціал персоналу за рахунок формування і впровадження системи аудита персоналу.

The object of the study is the process of forming a personnel audit system at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the process of forming a personnel audit system at the enterprise. The purpose of the master's thesis is the systematization and development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation of the personnel audit system at the enterprise and the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of the personnel audit system at PE "Viknabudservice". In the course of the research the following scientific results were obtained: 1) the essence and concept of personnel audit is determined; 2) the areas and tools of personnel audit were investigated; 3) the process of forming a personnel audit system is considered; 4) a general description of the activity of PE "Viknabudservice" was carried out; 5) an analysis of the structure and composition of the personnel of PE "Viknabudservice" was carried out, 6) the system of development and training of personnel of PE "Viknabudservice" was analyzed; 7) developed recommendations on the formation of an audit system for the personnel of PE "Viknabudservice", 8) developed recommendations for the implementation of the personnel attestation system of PE "Viknabudservice". Methods of research: theoretical generalization, logical generalization, comparative analysis, deductive, marketing analysis, correlation analysis, index analysis, etc. 7 The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the development and substantiation of the personnel audit system for the private enterprise "Viknabudservice", using an analytical approach that allows taking into account the specifics of positions and the conditions for their performance. The significance of the results of the scientific research is that the developed recommendations enable the small and medium-sized business enterprise to use the labor potential of the staff as effectively as possible due to the formation and implementation of the personnel audit system.
