Удосконалення адміністрування бізнес-процесами організації (на прикладі ТОВ «ДРАМ’Н’КОД»)

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: адміністрування бізнес-процесами організації у ТОВ «ДРАМ’Н’КОД». Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних i практичних аспектів адміністрування бізнес-процесами компанії в сучасних умовах. Мета дослідження: визначення шляхів удосконалення адміністрування бізнес-процесами організації (на прикладі ТОВ «ДРАМ’Н’КОД»). Методи дослідження: пошуковий, індукція та дедукція, порівняння, класифікація, проектування, теоретичне моделювання, PEST-аналіз та SWOT-аналіз. Актуальність обраної теми підтримується наявністю на ринку конкуренцією між виробниками товарів та послуг. В той же час більшість компаній втрачає здатність підтримувати конкурентну перевагу. Причиною цього є те, що управлінський процес в сучасних організаціях є неефективним, тому що, він не забезпечує ні особистісного розвитку персоналу, ні економічного розвитку компанії. Це говорить про наявність проблем у методиці й організації адміністрування бізнес-процесами підприємства. Під час виконання дипломної роботи магістра було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти ефективного адміністрування бізнес-процесами сучасних підприємств. На основі цих теоретичних матеріалів, була проаналізована організаційна структура ТОВ «ДРАМ’Н’КОД», визначено специфіку його зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища функціонування. Такий аналіз дав змогу визначити шляхи вдосконалення організаційної структури підприємства та основні напрямки для його розвитку на українському та світовому ринках. Отримані результати можуть бути використані керівництвом «ДРАМ’Н’КОД» в практичній діяльності по удосконаленню адміністрування бізнес-процесами організації.

EN : Object of research: administration of business processes of the organization at «DRAM'N'CODE» LLC. The subject of the research: a set of theoretical and practical aspects of the administration of the company's business processes in modern conditions. The purpose of the study: to determine ways to improve the administration of the organization's business processes (on the example of DRAM'N'CODE LLC). Research methods: exploratory, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, designing, theoretical modeling, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. The relevance of the chosen topic is supported by the competition between producers of goods and services on the market. At the same time, most companies lose their ability to sustain a competitive advantage. The reason for this is that the management process in modern organizations is ineffective, due to it does not ensure either the personal development of the staff or the economic development of the company. This indicates the presence of problems in the methodology and organization of the enterprise’s business process administration. During the completion of the master's qualification work, the theoretical aspects of effective administration of business processes of modern companies were studied. Based on these theoretical materials, the organizational structure of DRAM'N'KOD LLC was analyzed, and the specifics of its external and internal environment of functioning were determined. Such an analysis made it possible to determine the ways of improving the organizational structure of the enterprise and the main directions for its development on the Ukrainian and world markets. The obtained results can be used by the management of «DRAM'N'CODE» in practical activities to improve the administration of the organization's business processes.
