Релокація виробництва в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

UA : Актуальність зумовлена поточною ситуацією в економці України, нестачею оборотних коштів для здійснення фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємств, слабкістю ринку інвестиційних ресурсів та кредитування в Україні, необхідністю широкомасштабного відновлення інфраструктури та впровадженням інновацій на підприємствах України та регулярних розрахунків з персоналом, партнерами та бюджетною системою України. Тематика адміністрування фінансових розроблена у контексті використання методів адміністративного менеджменту для реалізації ідеї управління фінансовими потоками з оптимальним результатом для підприємства, раціонально використовуючи фінансові ресурси фірми. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – впровадження алгоритму адміністрування фінансовими ресурсами у вигляді цілісного потоку. Обʼєкт дослідження – система фінансового менеджменту управління фінансовими ресурсами на підприємствах в Україні в умовах воєнного часу. Предмет дослідження – діяльність з управління фінансовими потоками на підприємстві в умовах воєнного часу та їх обмеження. В роботі розглянуто понятійно-категоріальний апарат та практика фінансового менеджменту, зʼясовані основні аспекти управління фінансами у вигляді фінансового потоку та балансування вхідних потоків з вихідними, основні функції та специфіку роботи фінансового менеджеру.

EN : The relevance is due to the current situation in the economy of Ukraine, the lack of working capital for the financial and economic activities of enterprises, the weakness of the market for investment resources and lending in Ukraine, the need for large-scale infrastructure restoration and the introduction of innovations at Ukrainian enterprises and regular settlements with personnel, partners and the budget system of Ukraine. The topic of financial administration is developed in the context of the use of administrative management methods to implement the idea of managing financial flows with the optimal result for the enterprise, rationally using the company's financial resources. The purpose of the qualification work is to implement an algorithm for the administration of financial resources in the form of a complete flow. The object of the study is the financial management system of managing financial resources at enterprises in Ukraine in wartime conditions. The subject of the study is financial flow management activities at the enterprise in wartime conditions and their limitations. The work examines the conceptual and categorical apparatus and practice of financial management, the main aspects of financial management in the form of financial flow and balancing incoming and outgoing flows, the main functions and specifics of the financial manager's work are clarified.
