Розробка системи організації навчання персоналу у ПрАТ «ІнГЗК»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 86 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 22 рисунки, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел, з них 9 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління розвитком персоналу ПРАТ «ІНГЗК». Метою дослідження є обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення системи управління розвитком персоналу підприємства. Для того щоб досягти поставлему мету, потрібно вирішити такі завдання: розглянути сутність та основні підходи до удосконалення системи управління розвитком розвитком персоналу; визначити основні проблеми у системі розвитку персоналу; обґрунтувати напрями удосконалення системи розвитку персоналу на підприємстві; оцінити ефективність реалізації запропонованих заходів. Методи дослідження: наукової абстракції, аналізу та синтезу, системний підхід, логічний, монографічний для обґрунтування теоретичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління розвитком персоналу; групування, формування таблиць, діаграм, графіків. Практичне значення отриманих результатів, викладених у роботі, полягають в обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо удосконалення системи управління розвитком персоналу ПРАТ «ІНГЗК». Визначено економічний ефект від реалізації запропонованих заходів. Інформаційною базою звіту є фахова література, матеріали періодичних видань, статистичні дані та показники господарської діяльності ПРАТ «ІНГЗК», результати власних досліджень та проведеного аналізу.

EN : The work is presented on 86 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 22 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 60 sources, 9 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the processes of personnel development management at PJSC "INGOK". The purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions of improvement of the enterprise's personnel development management system. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks:  to consider the essence and main approaches to improving the system of management of personnel development;  to identify and characterize the factors of efficiency of personnel development at the enterprise;  to disclose the methodological principles of formation of the system of management of personnel development at the enterprise; to carry out diagnostics of the system of management of personnel development of the enterprise;  to identify the main problems in the system of personnel development; to substantiate the directions of improvement of the system of personnel development at the enterprise;  to evaluate the effectiveness of implementation. The subject of the study is theoretical provisions and applied aspects of improving the efficiency of personnel development management. Research methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, logical, monographic to substantiate theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the system of personnel development management; grouping, formation of tables, diagrams, graphs – for visual presentation of the results of theoretical and practical research; comparative and analysis - to determine the dynamics of the main indicators of enterprise performance; economic and mathematical forecasting and scientific generalization to analyze the proposed measures. 6 The practical significance of the results presented in the paper is to substantiate the proposals for improving the personnel development management system of PJSC "INGOK". The economic effect from the implementation of the proposed measures is determined. The information base of the report is professional literature, materials of periodicals, statistical data and indicators of economic activity of PJSC "INGOK", results of own research and analysis.
