Управління кадровою безпекою в системі менеджменту персоналу АТ «Державний Ощадний банк України»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 102 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 18 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 87 джерел, з них 18 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження – кадрова безпека АТ «Державний Ощадний Банк України». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вдосконалення процесів управління персоналом вконтексті забезпечення кадрової безпеки банку. Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання:  визначено сутність та основні елементи кадрової безпеки;  досліджено систему організації та правління кадровою безпекою банкук;  проаналізовано організаційно-економічну характеристику АТ «Державний Ощадний Банк України»;  оцінено рівень кадрової безпеки АТ «Державний Ощадний Банк України»;  розглянуто загальні заходи щодо забезпечення кадрової безпеки банку;  запропоновано й обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення забезпечення кадрової безпеки АТ «Державний Ощадний Банк України». Методи дослідження: метод узагальнення; статистичний метод, метод групування, метод факторного аналізу; метод порівняльного аналізу; метод графічного зображення.

EN : The work is presented on 102 pages of printed text, contains 15 tables, 18 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 87 sources, 18 of them in foreign languages. Object of research – personnel security of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine". The aim of the qualification work is to study the state and justification of measures to increase the personnel security of the enterprise. In accordance with the stated goal in the work solved the following tasks: - the essence and basic elements of personnel security in the system of economic security of the enterprise as an object of management are determined; - the system of organization and management of personnel security of the enterprise is investigated; - organizational and economic characteristics of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine" were analyzed; - the level of personnel security of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine" enterprise is estimated; - general measures to ensure personnel security of enterprises are considered; - Proposals for improvement of personnel security provision of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine" were proposed and substantiated. Research methods: generalization method - to generalize the existing and form new theoretical positions regarding the essence of the categories «economic security of the enterprise» and «personnel security of the enterprise»; statistical method, grouping method, factor analysis method - for evaluation of activity indicators of the investigated enterprise; the method of comparative analysis - to identify the trends of changes in indicators in the dynamics; graphic image method - for visual representation of indicators in dynamics. In the course of the research the following scientific results, which are 6 inherent in scientific novelty: - ways to improve the personnel security of the enterprise are proposed, including the development of personnel and, in particular, the program of professional training of personnel, the implementation of which can contribute to greater motivation of labor and increase productivity; - has developed further: theoretical substantiation of the components of the process of personnel development at JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine", in particular, Harrington scale integral index. Practical significance are the proposed measures to increase the security of personnel security at JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine".
