Управління ризиками в проєктному менеджменті ПАТ А-Банку

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми: динамічність і відкритість економічного середовища, а також складність взаємозв'язків між складовими ринкового механізму, породжують потребу в прийнятті оптимальних управлінських рішень щодо доцільності інвестування в умовах невизначеності майбутніх результатів. Це вимагає від суб'єктів господарювання ідентифікації основних чинників ризикових подій, своєчасного прогнозування їх впливу та передбачення напрямків впливу з метою розроблення та застосування відповідних коригуючих заходів у процесі реалізації інвестиційних проектів. В умовах ринку ризик-менеджмент стає необхідним елементом ефективної проектної діяльності. Метою даного дослідження є формування комплексного підходу до ризик-менеджменту в управлінні проектами. Успішність реалізації складних проектів пов'язана з високою невизначеністю, оскільки момент ухвалення рішення щодо початку інвестування та отримання результатів відстрочені в часі. Об’єкт дослідження є Публічне Акціонерне Товариство «А Банк». Дослідження ґрунтується на теоретико-методологічному підґрунті, що виникає з вивчення наукових праць вітчизняних та іноземних вчених, а також сучасних концепцій у сфері менеджменту, державного регулювання, та нормативно-методичних засад управління проектними ризиками та їх оцінки.

EN : The relevance of the topic: the dynamism and openness of the economic environment, as well as the complexity of the relationships between the components of the market mechanism, give rise to the need to make optimal management decisions regarding the feasibility of investing in conditions of uncertainty of future results. This requires business entities to identify the main factors of risk events, timely forecast their impact and predict the directions of impact in order to develop and apply appropriate corrective measures in the process of implementing investment projects. In market conditions, risk management becomes a necessary element of effective project activity. The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive approach to risk management in project management. The success of the implementation of complex projects is associated with high uncertainty, since the moment of making a decision to start investing and obtaining results is delayed in time. The object of the study is Public Joint Stock Company "A Bank". The research is based on the theoretical and methodological background arising from the study of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as modern concepts in the field of management, state regulation, and normative and methodological principles of project risk management and their assessment.
